Version 1.09 of the game is now live. It is not everything I had hoped for, but there's a lot in there. There are three versions of a scene at the end in the guestroom. All three versions are incomplete. When we update to 1.09a, those scenes will be fully fleshed out.
So what do we have in 1.09?

Three all new scenes that follow Steph's big moment
Several smaller scenes relating to the ending of several story paths

A new dialogue option that first night in the bar that better defines the trajectory you want for your relationship
Multiple improvements to dialogue and scene flow based on the new dialogue "switch"
An actual ending to a couple of the story paths
Access to the galleries (Only one is working at this time)
Starting with the last item, the galleries menu is in and the first scene can be viewed. There are thirty scenes available in the galleries, but the last bank of scenes is crossed out since that content is not in the game yet. But when we get to 1.10 all thirty gallery scenes will be available.
We also have an ending for some of our story lines. This part is actually really exciting for us because we are finally giving a peek at the long slow brewing story. People were beginning to figure out that the game is not about sex. It is about relationships, but it's also about something bigger. How big? Well, bigger than a yacht for starters. You're choices have mattered more than you know.
We are also pleased to have the new dialogue option in the game that was the result of a lot of conversation with our players. We look forward to your feedback as we work towards broadening the appeal of the game. I will say that I view this addition as a first step in a refinement process that is going to take time and hundreds of little corrections to make it work the way we intend. But as we worked on this, our goal changed from "Managing" your relationship with your wife to "Cultivating" that relationship.
Lastly, we have all new content. The feature in the new content is your first one on one time with Tori. This was a little tricky to build, but fun. Tori's going to show you a whole other side of herself.
Lastly, I will say that we are going to focus all work in the next few weeks on update 1.09a. We want to completely finish everything we have out there and correct any strange game mechanics we may have introduced with 1.09. We tried real hard to play through all the options, but as I said before, there are over one hundred combinations of principle variable now, and accounting for all of those has been a task (I had to create a separate spreadsheet for it!) We think we got it, but I'm sure we'll find in the coming days that we missed more than just the necktie that was taken off then mysteriously put back on.
As always, the work continues. Thanks again for being here in Early Access. This update more than any other represents the contributions of our players.

What could go wrong?
This update significantly increases our story content, adds several new and exciting scenes and also gives us the framework to add a lot of interludes with the characters already in the story.
Some questions are answered, but more are raised as you dig into not only what is happening in your love life, but the strange things Jason noticed happening at work.

We initially were not planning an update for this week, but some issues were spotted in the previous update, and we felt we needed to put together a new build of the game. However, this is not just fixes. We have included some new content. The content added is all dialogue, but it provides a pivot in the game from the first half to the second half. Most of you should see what we mean with a hint regarding what is happening that we put in the temporary ending.
Included in the update are:
Fixed a CTD event.
Fixed the missing renders issue found in one of the bedroom conversations.
Fixed some issues with how variables are stored coming out of Saturday night.

Initial Release
If you enjoy couples going about opening their relationship in a meaningful way, you'll love Another Man's Wife. The game is incomplete, but much the juice is in the prep conversations between the MC and Steph, and between him and Tori. In any case, the characters are great looking and the renders excellent, it's a real feat on the eyes. There's a bit of exaggerated expressions but you get used to it, and it becomes part of the game's charm (Tori's perfect smile during their 1 on 1 is delicious). The irony is that, despite being abandoned, the game is developed as full chapter, comprising all the build-up to that first conversation with Tori and Jason, and the encounter with Tori that follows. So it doesn't leave you in a cliff-hanger - which doesn't mean it doesn't leave you wishing there were more of it!
Another Man’s Wife offers a focused experience with an emphasis on meaningful choices, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The game's strongest point is its handling of partner sharing content, which is done well and feels central to the story. However, it lacks diversity in kinks, and the sexual content doesn't explore much beyond the core theme. Sex scenes are limited in variety and tend to feel repetitive after a while. The game is also relatively short, and unfortunately, it has been abandoned, leaving its full potential unrealized. Overall, it had promise and did some things right, but it ultimately feels incomplete. Final rating: 3/5
It's a real shame about this game. I can think of 4-5 different directions it could have taken, but I'm not a developer, and the creators gave up on it. With its potential, it could have been one of the best swinging games on this platform.
The visuals are outdated and lack quality in terms of models, lighting, and animations. The narrative feels forced, with unlikable characters and dull writing. Meaningful choices are almost entirely absent, leaving the player with predetermined outcomes. The story revolves around manipulation by the wife and friend, turning what seemed like a consensual experience into a betrayal. Early parts of the game are well-paced, but recent updates ruin the story with unnecessary plot twists. Sandbox-like segments drag the gameplay and contribute little to the overall experience. The plot twist reveals that the wife secretly planned everything, undermining the marriage's apparent trust and communication. The game disappoints those expecting fresh ideas by leaning into overused tropes like infidelity and deceit. Despite its concept, the game offers only one significant "swinging" scene, making its central theme feel underdeveloped. The sudden retconning of the wife's traumatic past adds no value to the plot and feels forced. Unless you enjoy themes of manipulation and a dysfunctional marriage, this game is unlikely to appeal to you. Players are advised to stop playing after the main couple’s visit to a friend’s house to preserve the better parts of the experience.
This is a truely excellent game to me. I love it is art work. I love it story. For me the only problem is it seem to be abandoned. I hope not. If you like true swinging games, this is a game for with that in spades. This is in the top three swinging game for me.
1/5 In the spirit of fairness, I will try to list the good and bad parts of this game, although the bad stuff (the writing) irrevocably ruin the entire thing for me. The good: - Attractive models. - The build up to the main focus of the game (swinging with your colleague and his wife) is well-paced, with adequate choices leading up to it for you to define how you'd like your relationship to be. - Plenty of partners for the player as well as his wife, to make it a true swinging experience rather than your generic run-of-the-mill netorare. The bad: - In spite of the abundant choices, there's really only one "true" swinging scene in the game so far, I believe. I'm talking about the one where you head home with your wife, Gina and another guy from the club, after which you fuck Gina and the guy fucks your wife in a pretty hot foursome (sort of). - Now let's get to the main meat of the review. The absolutely horrendous writing of the last two updates. Before I go into spoiler territory, let me just say that I had a lot of admiration for how the dev built up the story up to this point, with meaningful discussions as a couple and plenty of opportunities for you to communicate with your wife as you work up the confidence to start swinging. However, in the last 2 updates, the dev inexplicably chose to retcon some aspects of the story and toss all the previously well-written parts down the drain, rendering them meaningless. It is revealed that before you even talked to your wife about the idea of swinging with your colleague and his wife, she was already in on the plan and essentially played a part in manipulating you into thinking you had any say in the first place. This turns this semi-healthy marriage with adequate communication and a well-planned swinging fetish into an absolute manipulative shitshow that has no business resulting in anything other than divorce. I always believe in some suspension of disbelief when it comes to works of fiction...but when it comes to something this badly written? I can't speak for everyone, but the sheer amount of dumbassery involved in this marriage kills any fap potential it has. As though that weren't enough, it is also retconned that your wife was previously coaxed into an open relationship/sharing in a previous relationship that she was against, and has trauma resulting from it. Yet here we are, with her actively trying to pull the strings leading to similar outcome as with that relationship. Why is this necessary? What value does this add to the story, or potential as a game? No idea, and in my opinion these two aspects were absolutely unnecessary. The dev had a perfectly enjoyable story, and decided to turn it into a shitshow. With all of this being said, unless you have an oddly specific fetish for staying in a terrible marriage with a traumatized but manipulative woman, and exploring extramarital relationships with her by your side, this game is most likely not for you. Alternatively, play the game up until the night where the MC and his wife hang out at his friend's house, enjoy the best parts of the game leading up to that and stop right there. Quit while you're ahead, uninstall the game after that point so you can leave with good memories of it.
I have played the game to the first sex scene and quit it, this is one of the worst games i have played it make sense that the wife knows of that blond man and she plays the innocent one... the 3 females that i saw are not worth it...finaly the sex scenes are boring and luck passion...the rendersd are mediocre...gongrats one of the worst i have played
My new least favorite game. It's ostensibly about swinging, but it's really a story about you being gaslit by your wife and friend and tricked into opening your marriage. The player is not even presented with any meaningful choices after the gaslighting comes to light. Your only choices are to simp and keep an open marriage or just forgive her and move on. Really should be given an option to dump the lying whore.
I like dark haired sex kittens, so the title image deserved a download. The writing is pretty good and kept me progressing through the first part of the story. My decisions led me to my wife gobbling some dude's rod and then we spit roasted her. My wife's character was written well enough that I had some misgivings about letting another dude creampie her. At this point, I kinda got bored with the idea and I could tell that the stiff animations were not going to do it for me. I ended the game and wrote the rest of the story in my head with a nice fap to some real porn with a brown haired cutie (playing my wife). Funny part of this whole thing is I never made it to the dark haired sex kitten. I think this author has some writing chops and should hire an animator for any future projects.
The visuals are really nice, initially what drew me in despite the ntr tag. However, there is a real lack of content currently. One to keep an eye on in the future perhaps, although your choices don't seem to matter too much... you can pick a "nope not comfortable with this" choice but then they go ahead and do it anyway.
Its ok. There are far better games out there but there are much worse. Obviously this is a Sharing/Netorase game first, with the option to fall down into Netorare. Game promised me to have some sort of "Netori", hence its called "another mans wife" but it never delivered on that. The only thing you can expect in this regards is "alpha cuck" (yeah thats its supposedly a true thing) where you keep your wife (ex-wife?) on a leash and only allows her to fuck some dudes on your command. However, there are scenes where its not avoidable so here is where I see people will either love it or hate it. But to this game defence I must say the Main Character CAN (sometimes) be dominant and also have some sex with other girls. BUT you need the walkthrough mod for this because despite the game give you a good amount of choices (which mostly is all about NTR different forms), you can somewhat obtain a "manly" Main Character but you limit ourself out of bunch of content. So if you looking for that I wouldnt suggest this game. The sandbox is acceptable and not grindy as the free roam is scene based. Meaning once you reach that part, you have the option to look around for extra scenes and sometimes deviate to different routes (but mostly from Netorase to Netorare). With this it would be a solid 3/5, but the problem with me with this game was that some female models facial expressions was weird, or didnt expressed emotions at all, that the sex scenes (tho they some are animated) were either basic and nothing hot on the "Confidence" Path (depends on your preferences) but also the animation exists of like 2-3 Renders. Also before a animation starts the game starts to lag before.
The game has different routes, so you'll find something that appeals to you. I suggest downloading the walkthrough mod as it makes things easier for the path you want. The people who complain how there is ntr, well no shit, it's an ntr game and its even in the tags. Hope to see more from this dev
Given the discrepancy between all these 5-star reviews and the game I played, I think the reviewers must be so excited that someone made a game for their fetish that they've lost all objectivity. In the interest of balance: CONS -The visuals are just not good; models, expressions, lighting, poses, and animations are all 2005 bargain bin dross. -The writing is stilted and boring. -Characters are unlikable. -The game regularly gets bogged down in tedious sandbox-lite sections that add nothing to the game. -Choices seem nonexistent for all practical purposes. PROS -If you're really into the swinging/cuck lifestyle hook, line, and sinker, apparently none of the above matters and this game will shoot rainbows of pleasure straight up your ass. So that's it, really. If this is 100% your fetish and you're desperate for some content, give it a shot. If you like a good swinging story but mainly just want a quality game, maybe keep looking.
I bought the game on Steam, I was hoping for something fresh, new, not so much in the story, usual slut and cuckold, but honestly I was disappointed how the creator deceived the plot so smoothly, leaving clues, the receipt, the wife super tough, agrees to fuck another to go about his business, the husband who does everything because invited by his colleague for a threesome, in the end is deceived by everyone, with the complicity of his wife, the usual husband who does not has reaction measure, by now we are full of these styles of games

5/5 Excellent story and dialog, I was not expecting this level of depth/ realistic conversations between characters. I look forward to where the plot is going. Renders are great, the build up and sex scene are hot, maybe add just a bit more dialogue between the sex scenes would be even better.
This game at first grabbed my attention like no other. I loved it. However, time has eroded my faith in the devs that they can pull this off. I hope they can. Some of the dialogue exchanges in this game are great and won over so many people. There are some memorable characters, good and bad and some memorable moments from the couple where they do genuinely care for each other in amongst the chaos and Steph's bouts of crazy. Her words just don't ring true too many times to be believable. Steph is erratic and a liar with a 'big secret'. She now seems to have a thing for BBC, yes that stereotype. the title of cheater is debated but future scenes yet to be in the game looks like she will definitely add cheater to her list. Some improvements have been made with her personality but not near enough. Some behaviour is done on purpose as the character is suppose to frustrate the player but not drive the player away, the devs may find that hard to do as a cheater. She sure pushes the boundaries and is one of the most frustrating elements of the game. Some enjoy it. Steph can be a sweetheart and treat MC decently or be an utter bitch to him depending on the confidence level. There is the next major problem in the game. The confidence mechanic is not consistent. The devs seem to have a view of confidence that is opposed to what others see as confidence and this can regularly get you side tracked in the game. MC standing up for himself is a low confidence thing, while giving in to his wife behaviour gives high confidence even if it is something she has asked him to stop her doing like losing control. Its a complex system that sort of works often in an upside down way. You are stopped from confidently acting and just have to weakly put up with being disrespected too often for my likeing. Gina earns a star. she doesn't come out smelling like roses as every woman in this game is a bitch for some reason, however, she is beautiful and treats the MC with a bit of dignity. Tori and Jason are manipulative liars with ominous designs on the couple as they mentor them in to who knows what. They seem intent on leading the couple of seperate sexcapades instead of as a couple as real mentors would do but whatever. The graphics in the game are fine. The music is good Worth a look.
Way to go, man. First an foremost, kudos for tackling a subject that otherwise attracts the "reeeeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhhhaaaaaa!" from most of the people here on F95 for daring to suggest sharing. Also, your writing is awesome, and the dialog is really good. Before you get to deep into the weeds, though, I just recommend getting an editor, and improving your DAZ skills. Other than that, you're doing well, and keep it up!
Great VN and very well written. Basically 2 paths -sharing and cuck- which are easily to follow and walk through is not required. Very intriguing story, marvelously built with realistic dialogues and dilemmas. It was easy for me to follow every line. Graphics and animations are not perfect but ladies are beautiful and sexy making clear that the good story is the more important factor. A bit more teasing in the future with erotic posing will be appreciated.
Really good game! animations and models are nice, alot of options so in the future a walkthrough would be a gift from heaven, im not a fan of "swinging" which i believe at first it was the main tag of this game, but it seems im wrong and it has and it will have diff paths towards the NTR flavor (nts, hotwife, cuck, hard ntr hint on her secret, etc) and that is great news. Time to wait now for the future updates 4/5 for me
