Ariana’s Perverted Diary is an adult game made by Girls on Top in Ren'Py. You follow Ariana, a shy girl who struggles to stay private when her mother and older sister attract her attention, and she notices other women too. The game presents itself as a straightforward first work built around lesbian and fantasy themes, with animated 3DCG visuals and a short, simple structure rather than a complex long story.
The current build is v0.8.1, released on September 10, 2026. Development appears ongoing, as the overview describes this as the first part of a relatively short game. It is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac in English, and it is uncensored. The release follows earlier updates, including v0.7.3, which added 57 animations and more images.

It is not meant to be complex or overly long.
It is just the first part in what should be a relatively short game develo

For what it is, it's ok. There's less emphasis on the N of AVN and more on the AV part which is fine. If you fancy some hard and fast action then you'll probably dig this. If you start to…

I feel that the story is going around in circles a bit, and there was a strong momentum from earlier versions which is quite halted now. Sex with the sister and mother is fun and all but if it is…

[0.7.3] The game is excellent for what it is. Fast-paced porn kinetic novel, with few choices, good visuals, and 4 main selling points: lesbians; incest; mind control; casual sex. Occasional options for bdsm and bestiality are there as well. The…
