About Away from Home
Away from Home is an adult visual novel by vatosgames, built in Ren'Py with animated 3DCG art. You play a male protagonist whose ex-cop father sends him and his maid to Eva's house, about 2500 km away; Eva is an old family acquaintance. He resists because the move feels like starting over, but the maid is already packed. The story follows reunion with old friends after twelve years, new people, and attempts to learn why he was sent away. Themes include harem, cheating, and interracial content.
The current build is the Epilogue, dated August 30, 2026, and the changelog shows ongoing episodic development. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, in English, uncensored. The latest changelog entry is Episode 1-30; the latest update with changes added a gallery from the main menu memories, still incomplete and opening scenes from the first four episodes plus Episode 29. The Episode 1-28 remaster added a new Lily-Chloe scene ending Episode 8, remade Episodes 2, 3, and 6, and refreshed Lily visuals in Episodes 1, 4, 7, 11, 14, and 17. Old saves may not work properly, but a start option at Episode 28 after key choices is included.
Developer's description
Your father is an ex-cop. One day he tells you and your maid have to go to Eva's house which is approximately 2500 km away, without giving any reason. Eva is an old acquaintance of your family. You are against this call because going there means almost starting a new life but your maid already prepared everything and ready to hit to road. You'll reunite with your old friends after 12 years and encounter new people while trying to find out why did your father send you away from home.
