Backwater College Doctor is an adult Ren'Py game by JackSoft, presented with animated 3D art. You play a male medical professional hired at a conservative women's college, where daily work involves college rules, politics, personal relationships, and desire. The story follows the doctor as he learns about students, staff, and other people around him, gains influence, and decides whether to use or abuse that power. Its management and sandbox structure lets you explore corruption through choices and scenes.
The current build is v0.15, released May 9, 2025, and the changelog shows ongoing development. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, is in English, and is uncensored. The latest update adds new scenes with Jane, Amber, Summer, and Kathalina, and changes a blinding white screen to a softer grey.

I fixed the issue brought up by XLIDAR in his / her review, that the white screen was way too blinding. The screen is more grey now, which should be less stressful for the eyes. Thank you XLIDAR for bringing it up!

The computer problems logout and some other buttons misbehaving seems quite hard to pinpoint. Some of them have been fixed, but I’m quite sure there will be more. I have to look into those more closely.
A start has been made re-rendering some images in higer quality. If the new images of headmistress Jane are liked better than previous images, all previously made images gradually will be replaced by higher resolution images.
