Between Us

This game really is the pinnacle of mediocrity for the NTR phone genre. It may as well have been produced by an AI entirely. I played it for about 30 minutes and everything is just laid entirely on the table from the moment the game starts. There is no tension, no questions, no interesting characters. Nothing at all to connect the player to. Everything is utterly, numbingly bland. It's an entirely predictable game about a boring woman and a boring man. In a single text with her friend, the woman is convinced cheating is okay. All it takes is a "don't you wanna live, girl?! " and the woman is like "haha yeah you're right" and then proceeds to cheat with another character who is just as robotic as the rest of the cast, and the game itself for that matter. Nobody here feels even remotely like a real person. Nobody is even remotely likeable. Refraining from a 1/5 because it's not littered with shitty English and the illustrations are just barely adequate. Spare yourself from this one.

I'm a huge fan of NTS games and have probably played them all. This one is up there with the top of the tier. The wife is gorgeous, has a rocking body and the story actually makes sense with decent pacing. 5 starts from me. I can't wait to see more.

(did only the NTR route, I don't like NTS) Not bad honestly, maybe just not for me. I mean it feel way too kinetic, with lacking control on the situation. I would like for Logan to make friend with Alice honestly, I feel like the one time where Grace used her phone to message Logan could have led somewhere. At one point, when they sent photos of them kissing, and I decided for Logan to accept it, I thought it would have led somewhere. For me it lack something in the relationship between the characters, and yhat's probably why I don't like full phone game. The phone part make sense for Logan and maybe Lily, but not for Alexis. The relationship between Grace and Alexis feel like evolving too fast due to that. For my preference it should have been slower, to show first that she was still in love with Logan and started a friendship with Alexis before it slowly moved to something. While in the game it feel like she fell for him way too easily and fast while nothing much happened and her husband still being there for her and showing her love and care.

The project is truly not bad, not perfect, a solid 4! But the author's work on the mistakes, his sensitivity to his fans' opinions, and his desire to truly create a worthy project command sincere respect! That's why it's five stars from my point of view.

It's refreshing to finally see an ntr phone game that properly sets up and distinguishes it's two routes. For once the ntr path does not feel like it was tacked on to a netorase plot, unlike sooooo many other games in this subgenre. Beyond that general observation, the game is just great in every reviewable category. Characters models are unique and have realistic proportions. The characters also written believably and don't present as caricatures. As for lewd content; the game has both still images and animations. While neither are amazing in quality, they are well done and at least sustain immersion. Substantively; there are a lot of nude and teasing solo pics of the wife, but not much actual sex acts yet. However this update (5.1) just crossed a major threshold in the story. So expect the next, and future updates, to increase the quantity. If there's a fault, it's that the story is very cliche and basic. But despite popular misconception; cliches are not inherently bad. And the simplicity of this story works for the realism the game is aiming for. There's no overarching corruption plot, and the antagonist so far isn't some degenerate psycho or scheming mastermind. No, what's here is just an intimate drama exploring infidelity and sexual liberation. In fact, the wife is given full agency and its very clear in the story she is consciously aware and responsible for her choices. Oh and remarkably, the husband is not written as a braindead simp nor ( on the ntr path) reacting in a way that implies a hidden cuck kink. If you're a fan of ntr/nts games and can appreciate grounded slice of life style plots, give this game a try. There's nothing extraordinary here, but its all well executed and handled competently. And that's really all you need to be great.

I don't normally enjoy the phone-based NTR games because they usually feel forced, or just lacking perspective. This game, however, is very well done. Great writing with a very believable premise, but most believable to me are the characters. Grace acts exactly like someone I knew from my military days (not my spouse, lol), and most importantly she doesn't feel like a caricature. Check out other reviews if you want more details. I tend to only focus on story and characterization because both feel underrepresented. Will be eagerly anticipating future updates.

Rating the current version (v0.4.0) of the game a 3.5/5. The game is pretty good so far. It has nice looking models, the animations are good, and it has the typical story about "a frustrated wife because the husband is away for a long time". It may be a typical story, but it's typical for a reason, since it's a tried and true story. My only problem with the game so far is that the pacing of Grace and Alex's relationship progressed way too fast for my liking. Like, Grace is supposed to be a loving and loyal wife to Logan, yet, Grace only got to know Alex for the first time recently, and not even a month later (in-game time) she's already giving him a blowjob, which is way too fast and feels so forced and unnatural imo. These are just some ideas but; there should've been more buildup between Grace and Alex before she gave him a blowjob. Like maybe for the first couple months (in-game time), they're only just kissing, hugging, and going on dates behind Logan's back while Lily continues her shenanigans, resulting on Grace's walls and insecurity about her infidelity slowly crumbling down. Then, once her insecurities are gone, only then does she give Alex that blowjob. I know it's already too late to change the earlier parts of the story, so this is just food for thought for the next game.

[v0.3.0] First, let's state the obvious. No AI art, and as far as I can tell, no AI writing either. No LLM slop conversations that isn't even in the realm of natural human interactions in this one. Other than being human made, what I want to point out about this game is that it doesn't stubbornly try to tell an NTR story just from the point of view of the guy. A lot of the stupidest genre tropes (like the whore best friend sending evidence, the bull sending evidence, hacking into her phone, MC knowing and doing nothing about it) are tied to to that POV limitation. This game offers POV switches to see things from the girl's phone so that a cheating narrative can be more grounded. One novel scene was shown from the actual perspective of her phone, when she set it down on a table and the scene we are seeing is the reflection on her black phone screen. Overall, this is very solid for the NTR route. If you are looking for strictly immersing yourself into the male MC POV, this isn't for you, though. You will get both sides of the picture.

This should be called "Slut Wife and Her Even Sluttier Friend". She starts to lie to MC right from the start for no reason at all. MC sounds mostly OK, except the scene when he apologized (wtf?) for being "too controlling" when he voiced a perfectly rational sentiment - that accepting flowers from some man and go to a private photo shot with him is not something he fancied his wife to do. Basically this game is nothing more than wife sits on a first dick she meet while spewing cheap rationalizations and her friend cheering her on. No believable "corruption" or "falling in love" or even "irresistible passion". Just "lets fuck around because its kinda fun". Oh! And I got the impression that dev expects player to feel EMPATHY for the wife for some reason. Like there is some tragedy in her dick hopping. Two stars because art is nice. And MC, compared to similar games, is not a total moron (at least not yet in v0.3).

Between Us [v0.2.0] Negatives Yet another one of those countless NTR phone "games." I’m starting to wonder how many good plots this setup can even produce anymore... … and this title gives us exactly what you already know if you’ve played other games with the same concept: boredom. Some parts of the English translation were apparently not properly revised and read like amateur foreign-language translations. Some chat dialogues are not assigned to the correct speaker. There’s a loading bug where chat dialogue is only assigned to the person on the right until the dialogue partner changes. Currently, there is either the cheating (NTR) route or the cuckolding/hotwifing (NTS) route. I hope there will be further refinements in the future, such as humiliation and similar elements. The background music consists of a single track (imo, a rather annoying AI track). Fortunately, you can mute it. The wife’s best friend acting as the corrupting element is an overused trope - and once again it’s used here. Positives The characters and their personalities feel realistic. The MC is neither an asshole nor a beta with an undersized dick (well, we can at least hope) . He’s simply not available for his wife at the moment because he has to serve his time. The bull is, for once, so far, likable. Besides messages, there are also video calls. I quite liked that. The game is made in Ren’Py, which makes exploring other routes easier. On the NTR route, the wife at least initially seems plagued by guilt. The NTS route feels the way it should - built on trust and love (but not to much of the former, plz)! The pacing of the story is pleasantly slow and gives the character development the time it needs. We get 3D CGs! Yeah! For once, no uniform AI slop. Good, albeit short, animations with SFX and moaning. With this title, I see the biggest weakness in the lack of a gripping story. I want to feel tension, but I didn’t (yet!) feel it on either route. On the NTR route, what happens behind the MC’s back is hidden from him, but the player knows immediately. A "mystery" setup would have been the better choice here, where the player is also kept in the dark about what is happening between the wife and the bull and only receives hints. On the NTS route, I’m missing meaningful player influence over the protagonists’ relationship. Decision-making authority with consequences, to be precise. Choices that create tension in the relationship or dynamics where loss could become a real possibility. Or simply put: right now, it still lacks spice and originality. I truly hope this aspect will improve. I give an additional star for potential.

Boring and no plot of any kind save for NTR/NTS which is just the result, there is no story its all been done countless times before. OPINIONS, SUGGESTIONS & FINAL REMARKS : NOTE: The following remarks are my personal opinions and thoughts, which may provide more context and could be useful to the developer. (Read them or don't) This "new" cellphone style AVN thats been taking over recently is IMO just the lazy devs game. First AI tools have become much more prevalent and churning out AVNs is faster than ever. Now with the whole "cellphone" style AVN, the devs have less than half the content to create as there is much less visual design needed, most happens on the same interface with only text and the odd picture or vid sent. Its become rather trendy and sure while the content isn't bad, its also nothing compared to the "original" full AVN we have had in the past. The same style and scenario for every other phone text based AVN, the player/MC assumes the role of some douche boyfriend or husband that is far from his significant other who starts getting bored with the absence of the partner, then proceeds to step out more and more, often the MC driving more corruption and cuckolding/cheating/NTR/NTS content. TLDR: Highly overrated and been done many times before and often better by previous AVNs with the same premise. While the model/LI is attractive there simply isn't anything new to this and you can technically skip all the dialogue as its just boring/superficial conversation between partners. There is really no story or interesting plot here, you can guess what happens and you probably right. That simply because of the platform its done on, that being the phone, only so much can happen and its often the cuck type game, if thats your thing, enjoy. The quality is decent enough to say its a fair to good AVN.

Well, it's still early to give an overall rating, I'm giving it 4 stars for its promising start. The graphics are average, no offense, but in mobile games, in my opinion, choices and plot are important, and here, the game has its strong points, it has the trade-offs that these games must have. Having the love path is a useless thing, so the DEV did well to give two paths that are very desirable for two types of fans, NTS or NTR, and it's our choice, a stroke of genius from the DEV. Because if you tell a good story and good dialogue, then the two paths are appreciated even by those who can't stand the genre. So I expect even better things.

v.2 First as you play there's a gallery, but at main menu there's no gallery option. There is only an ntr, and an nts path, no others. There are many grammatical errors. The writing just doesn't seem like it's real life, or even corn logic...hard to explain. the daz model isn't bad for the fmc, but it could be a tad sharper, or maybe that's because i'm playing it full screen....the animations where ok. Nothing makes you feel a bond between these characters. It's a story that's played out a million times even if you change the cast, the players are still the same. I'll give it another go at next update, and try to hold out hope, but think after the next update i'll be done with this one.

v 0.1.1 Great start. loving how the story is progressing. Great writing, very realistic (eg like correcting typing errors). The thing in mobile games is that some element would lack (eg art or writing or story or gameplay), however in this game everything is perfect for me. Good luck dev, looking forward to further updates. only con is i hated the way it ended, whyyyy :')

The premise is too real .really liked the model used and shows good story progression. No scenes as of now hope to see more. Gallery should be implemented on later versions.Had to give five stars to offset the totally undeserving one star review which will discourage people from playing this good game.

Great start, I like that it has direct routes without all the usual point system bullshit. If it means we get solid progression I'm all for it, so many other games go in circles for ages. This has a good setup, so am interested to see where it goes. Renders are good, girl is hot.
