About Big Black Diamonds

Big Black Diamonds is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by render9000, presented with AI-generated CG and animated visuals. You play as an experienced doctor and volunteer whose severe injury keeps you bedridden, which compels you to send your beloved wife to run a humanitarian mission in Africa. The story follows your team in a poor village on the coast, beside the endless ocean, giving medical help to the most needy. Your daughter joins them, eager for adventure, exotic experiences, and new knowledge. Its themes include male protagonist, cheating, and corruption.

The current build is v0.2, released March 17, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English and Russian text, and is uncensored. The v0.2 update reworked Day 1 in story and visuals, added Day 2, further developed and completely reworked all three main story routes, and expanded video content across the Prologue, Day 1, and Day 2. It also reduced choices to allow more content per playthrough, introduced new characters, and highlighted choices with images to clarify progression.
