About Birth Game
Birth Game is a point-and-click title by BIRTH LAB, built using the Others engine and presented in 2D CG art. You play a male protagonist assisting his wife, Nanami, who wants to give birth with your help. The game lets you enter a name so she calls it while in labor, includes panting and pushing voices, and uses mouse actions to stroke her pregnant belly, remove clothing, and support the birth.
The current build is v1.0, released April 5, 2025. It runs on Windows and is available in English machine translation, Japanese, and Chinese. The content is censored with mosaics.
Developer's description
Hame with nothing but births for birth lovers. The heroine is your “wife”, Nanami. She wishes to give birth while being assisted by you. With name input function, the heroine gives birth while calling your name. Comes with panting and pushing voices. Use the mouse to stroke the heroine's laboring belly, remove her clothes, and assist her in birth.
