Black Bear Creek is an adult Ren'Py visual novel made by Lex Apps Games. It uses animated 3D CG art and follows Becca, a woman who moves into a low-cost apartment in the rough neighborhood of Black Bear Creek with her boyfriend Danny. Their relationship seems solid, and she is content with their shared life, until loud, cocky neighbors and thin walls begin to stir curiosity and tension. The story centers on a female protagonist navigating temptation, humiliation, and interracial situations.
The current build is v4.0, released on September 25, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is English and uncensored. The latest update continues Becca’s awakening with scenes in which she watches Tyrone and Emily in a sauna, attends a women-only yoga class whose instructor is not female, and receives a provocative gift from Emily.

Becca and Danny have been together since high school and are finally moving in together. Money’s tight, so they end up in a cheap little apartment in Black Bear Creek. Not the nicest area, but they are together. That's all that matters.
Becca loves Danny. As far as she’s concerned, their relationship is perfect. She’s never really wondered if she’s missing out on anything. Their sex life is pretty good too! Becca isn't one of those girls that can orgasm from sex, but she still enjoys making Danny feel good.

The neighbours are a different story. Loud, cocky... dark. Exactly the type her dad told her to stay away from. Tyrone next door is a perfect example. He is so crude and disrespectful. To make things worse, the walls of their apartment are paper-thin and every night Becca and Danny hear these ridiculous moans from the never-ending line of girls that seem to come and go from his apartment.
Becca and Danny laughs it off. They think its funny because the girls are obviously faking it. No one actually sounds like that during sex.…Right?

It's been too long since the last Black Bear Creek episode! Now that Sandy Bay has wrapped up, there will be new episodes released every 2 months. My graphics card took a pounding getting this update ready and I'm loving watching Becca finally sink deeper into the world of interracial sex.
Becca has her first session at the Gym with Marcus... She finds out sessions with her can get pretty hands on... She bumps into Sarah in the changeroom afterwards and learns the meaning behind her spade shaped tattoo.
Becca bumps into Emily and her boyfriend Gary at the shops. He seems like a really nice guy and can't understand why Emily would cheat on him with Tyrone. Emily explains her reasons a bit further over coffee and takes Becca to get a new bikini.
Becca decides to expand her porn viewing categories outside of lesbian porn, but she get interrupted by Danny. After some less than adequate sexual intercourse, a very frustrated Becca heads to the sauna... unfortunately Tyrone has the same idea.

I'm really enjoying how this game is turning out. I'm spending a lot of time trying to get the quality higher than Sandy Bay, so I hope that is noticable. Heaps of hot content in this episode.
Becca joins a Gym. Her personal trainer Marcus seems like a really nice guy. Huge, ripped, but an actual teddy bear. She didn't even mind when he had to take her initial progress photo in her underwear.
Becca gets to know Emily by the pool. She doesn't understand how she can say she loves her boyfriend, but then regularly cheat on him with her cocky neighbour. Becca "accidently" peeks through the front window and immediately finds out why.
Becca is sick of the bush and wants to be smooth like Emily or the girls in the videos she watches. Who cares if Danny prefers her all natural.
