Developer's description

The government has created new laws supporting a system of "breeding officials" in order to deal with the declining birthrate. Breeding officials are free to impregnate those who request to be inseminated! Do your best to solve the issue of the declining birthrate!! Formerly known as Welcome to Seeding City!
