Bubblegum Apartments is a point-and-click dating sim sandbox made by BADevs in Ren'Py, with 2D CG artwork. You play a young man left by his parents who inherits an aging building. A scheming stepmother cuts off his money, forcing him into shady schemes. The game explores female domination, humiliation, and cheating in a morally gray setting where you watch tenants, sell private moments, and manipulate their wants while trying to profit.
The current build is version v0.3.3, released July 10, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Android in English, uncensored. This update lets you place a camera in Amber's room, adding two scenes based on whether she is with Lucio or Pete. It also adds work-in-progress options to examine Amber while she sleeps and to see Isabella in her room while sleeping or drunk. A bug that removed a camera when placed in an invalid spot is fixed.

In "Bubblegum Apartments" a young man, abandoned by his parents, inherits an old building, however his scheming stepmother blocks his funds, pushing him into a life of dark entrepreneurship. The game plunges you into a morally gray world where you exploit the tenants in every conceivable private moment from the shower to their beds, selling their intimacies and manipulating their desires, all in a twisted dance of voyeurism, control, and financial desperation to entertain the internet audience.

You can pass or fail the date. For now, there is no content if you fail other than an image when Narciso fails, but there will be in future updates
On PC, if you go to Gruugle, you can enter Gruccigram, where you will see updates related to different stages of the game. For now, it only relates to Lucio's stages.
