City of Broken Dreamers is an adult Ren'Py game from PhillyGames, presented with animated 3DCG art. You play a member of an elite mercenary group called Ghosts, a fighter who has been out of work for months. Your task begins when a young girl becomes the focus of a conflict that could destabilize the city. Along the way, you meet allies and rivals, each with personal motives and damaged lives, and must decide whom you can trust. Adult themes include BDSM, exhibitionism, and domination.
The current build is v1.15.0 Ch. 15, released on June 26, 2024, so development is ongoing. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, with uncensored content. The latest changelog lists more than 2050 new renders and 163 new animations for this update.
