Coming Back Home is an adult visual novel-style sandbox game built with Ren'Py by Hidden Life Studios. It uses 3D rendered art and follows a male protagonist who spent seven years away from the place he considers home. Now that he returns, the story presents a familiar setting where he can pursue a life shaped to his wishes. The gameplay combines scene-based adult content with sandbox elements such as freeroam, items, inventory, and shops.
The current build is version 1.1.2, dated February 1, 2023, for Windows, Linux, and Mac, in English and without censorship. This update adds ten new scenes, totaling 107 renders and 457 lines, with six for Hailee, two for Lyra, and two for Kayla. It also introduces a chatting system and a mini-game, while improving cheats, PC, freeroam, items, inventory, and shops.
