Cow Girl Maid's Milk Cafe is an adult management simulation by kuroneko cafe, made with RPG Maker and 2D art. You play a male protagonist who relocates to a remote town alongside two maids and begins a cafe business. The loop mixes cafe management, dungeon material gathering, maid leveling, and harem-style relationships, with monster girl themes.

Development is finished with the final build released on February 1, 2025 for Windows. The English version uses Edited Translator++ and contains mosaics for censorship.

The story begins with the main character moving to a remote town with two maids and starting a business. Manage the cafe and collect materials in the dungeon, level up the maids by raising the young ones, or squeeze milk from the maids, a simulation game!
