About Dark Hearts
Dark Hearts is a Ren'Py game by Desakt that follows a male protagonist living an ordinary routine of socializing, managing money, and building relationships. The story mixes dating-sim and point-and-click elements in a sandbox-like structure, while animated 3D CG visuals support its romance and humor themes. As unexplained events grow around him, he learns he has a special ability that makes him valuable to some people and dangerous to others.
The current build is v0.1, released on October 29, 2024 as an initial release rather than a finished version. The latest changelog gives only this first version. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac in English, with no censorship. This update introduces the opening setup of the protagonist’s strange gift and the people trying to use or protect him.
