About Dating in Deep Space

Dating in Deep Space is a Ren'Py visual novel by BubbleGumKnight, using 3DCG artwork and a parody sci-fi tone with humor. You play as Simon Seiyaz, a man who wakes up in the future aboard a spaceship crewed by nine women. The story follows the crew on a fast, fragmented mission to save the universe by dating, presented as a self-aware space comedy.

The current build is v0.5, released August 3, 2026, for Windows, Linux, and Mac in English, uncensored. Development continues through updates rather than a finished release. Earlier versions grew from an initial F95 release at v0.3 to v0.4, which had roughly 34 events, 50,000 words, and more than 1,800 renders. The latest changelog lists 40 added events, 25,000 extra words, and 400 renders.

Our Protagonist, Simon Seiyaz, wakes up in the future on a space ship filled with 9 beautiful women (very original I know). Join him and the crew on a fast paced, disjointed adventure as they are tasked with the grandiose mission of saving the universe the only rational way one could. By Dating.....
