Dohna Dohna: Let’s Do Bad Things Together

I played this for a while and I honestly really liked the game and the content, everything was great but then you reach later into the game it becomes pure hell. The difficulty spike is honestly outrageous, the game steals your playable characters, NTRs them and forces you to rescue them. I honestly don't mind the dark themes in this game but it really needs an NTR warning because I don't wanna see the characters that have been interacted with for hte whole game suddenly get gangraped but anyway without all of that it's a solid game. Oh by the way when a character gets captured you lose the option to increase the stats of your squad, so you are forced to go into it even if you are underleveled hoping that you'll somehow not get one shot. I stopped playing now since I am pretty much hardsstuck.

What first stood out was its pleasant and colorful art style, and it doesn't fail to deliver that quality consistently throughout the whole game. The game mechanics are straightforward yet quite engaging, The writing quality and translation is also great, it does have that professional feel. Overall offers a really good time. Definitely worth checking out!

Really good game, the story is really nice, there's a lot of dialogues between characters even in the H scenes, the only sad thing might be that there's no real animation inside the H scenes, otherwise the combat system, job system, and affection system even for the male character is a good idea, recommended

Man what a game. I mean, they actually managed to put the GAME into a porn game. A rare occurrence, I can say. So, The style is awesome, gameplay bits can be a little repetitive, but I did't get tired of them once. That been said, I've run quite a lot of dungeons and "hustles" to buy all I wanted (Played up to 290 day, you don't have to, not necessary in a sightest). Caracters are all unique and lovable, and I mean all of them, the bad guys are good too. My only complain might be that there is no "postpone a turn" button, or at leasta "skip turn" one. Oh, and a small advice: Do yourself a favor and cheat a little to get yourself a supply of pills via the Cheat Engine. They are not hard to come by, it just might get tedious to run after them.

tl;dr 4/5 extremely good h-scenes, good story, okay gameplay An alicesoft classic. The gameplay is the weakest point of this game as it does eventually get repetitive once you get far into the game but the other points of it are string enough to make up for it. The story, voice, acting, characters, music, and h-scenes are all really great. the highlight for me have to be the voice-acting and the h-scenes. they are insanely good but they are definitely not meant for people who dont like hardcore scenes or terrible things happening to your heroines. one of my favorite eroges released in the 2020s

Game is alright. Don't think it's for me. The game is basically two parts, battles and prostitution mini game. The battles are simple and fun, but nothing that really hooks me in. The prostitution part is how you make your money but you need to get supplies and girls from battling. Feels more like a mini game because it is short and you are just playing match maker. Plus you will probably be spending 80% of your time battling. Honestly couldn't care less about the story. I tend to skip story when it feels like its just a VN, which this is. A VN with battles and some sex scenes. Not my cup of tea, but hey the art and music is great. I just cant bother with how much time it asks for what it give in return for lewd stuff.

The art is just amazing The plot is very mediocre though and it is somehow cheery and artsy while you're doing the most heinous things on earth. There's no anti-hero in there you're just "the lesser evil" at best. Hustling your girls isn't an option - it's a requirement to progress the game. Absolutely impossible to be even remotely a good guy. And If you fucking lose the game over scenes are genuinely terrible(snuff rape for main heroines). Which is the point I guess. Kikuchiyo is the best girl and I keep coming back for her though.

I am writting this review after playing circa 2-3 hours. While i really like the graphics, characters personalities and H scenes, everything about mechanics is not my cup of tea. Starting with brothel management, i think the game is more focused on getting charcter, making her a prostitute for a bit until shes either pregnant or crazy and dumping them to sewers. The items you buy to boost the stats are not only expensive, you can buy one a day, they provide very little boost (mentality around +200 where you lose up to a 1000 on one hustle). Creating a superwhore with all stats and good perks is really tedious, where you really need to put hands off your dick and start thinking, which is unacceptable for me. The combat is okay, but gets boring quickly, you have 4 skills on each character which are mostly locked at the beginning behind lvl or intimacy score with MC. Another thing is, you can miss unique and semi-unique characters with events with basic ones, for example schoolgirl you grab on streets have really similar art with others, which may make you dump her by mistake. Its okay game,worth trying but i doubt it will make you nolife it for hours but play a bit and do something else. idk

This game is unplayable level awful loli content aside i ended up having all my girls pregnant and mentally broken in week they earn 100$ a night together game refuse to progress because i decided to fuck virgin myself and i can't finish objective... Combat is slow and painful you must click arrow 4 times because all your characters attack in position 1 for some reasons and than attack i unironically hate this game i don't know what i m doing and why i need to hussle virgin, i did? he got mental breakdown i hate this fucking game and i m very frustrated and angry holy shit all the 2/5 looks like masterpieces in comparison

One of the best H games out there imo. Very high production values, beautiful girls, and good sex scenes. Though i wish they were at least semi animated. The voicework is great and the art is *stunning*. Gameplay is great but does get a little repetitive. Its a shame the core Alicesoft talent has seemed to have mostly left the study after this game, which is a shame because its great. Also: Antenna is best girl

Easy 5 star top notch, its been a while since i enjoying H-game story. Actually im already take a look to play this game since last year, but i dont have enough time so i skip it, then this year i just remember about this game and try to play it and yeah its remind me of persona 3 reload theme, the art and everything, its just great. (+) Positive Point + GOD TIER SOUNDTRACK AND OST SO FAR + MANY CONTENT IN GAME NOT ONLY ABOUT H THING , BUT U CAN ALSO COLLECTING COMBO HOW TO ONE HIT ENEMY OR DOING QTE COMBO WITH ANOTHER MEMBER TEAM + VOICE ACTOR ACTUALLY NOT NOTCH, NGL AMBATUBUST EVERY HEARING THE HEROINE MOAN OR SOMETHING. + UI AND ASPECT OF THE GAME ALSO AS GOOD AS PERSONA 3 RELOAD IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY (-)Negative Point -JUST LIKE TURN BASE GAME, ITS PRETTY REPETITIVE i dont get any bug or anything for this game, so far soo good. already play for 12 hours grind and still not boring yet for me. its on the list GOAT game for me.

Going against the grain a bit here and say the game's just fine. Production-wise it's inarguably high quality, as you'd expect. The art's stylised and really nice, as you can see from the screenshots. The premise is essentially that you're part of a gang that wants to fight the power by abducting, raping and forcefully prostituting women. It's done in a very casual/hentai way so it's not too disturbing but personally I don't find it particularly interesting or unique as some people seem to. The story itself is whatever. Interactions are done in a sort of VN style but they're quite brief outside of sex scenes and all the characters are very two dimensional. There's no sex involved in the combat (unless you lose at certain points) so that aspect of the game is kind of like a pretty, very simplified Darkest Dungeon. It's simple, smooth and functional. Honestly I quite liked it at first but it got kind of boring. The prostitution/brother management aspect is the same, you take girls you kidnap through combat and decide if you want to whore them out. If you do you can send them off with John's through a minigame where you pair them up with the John most suited to them based on their traits and train them up with items or through smart whoring. I feel pretty much the same as with the combat - it was fun at first but it's super simple and I got bored of it quickly. There's no animation at all in the sex scenes, they're just VN style CG's with a few variations as the scene progresses - personally I thought a lot of them dragged on way too much. There's NTR here (through bad endings you get losing certain battles), it's avoidable but it's still a con if you don't like NTR since a chunk of scenes are gonna be a pass for you. No real romance or choices to make, just straightforward sex outside of the NTR scenes where the girl's being raped into either bliss or agony. Final note, the whole game's voice acted really well. I don't wanna be too big a downer because it's not a bad game by any stretch and I can see why so many people really like it but honestly Dohna Dohna kind of just bored the crap out of me.

A classic, heart-pounding adventure where you and your comrades aim to take down an evil corporation. Behind the scenes of their slightly clumsy interactions, merciless humiliation and rape unfold in this adventure-style RPG. I'm reviewing this after clearing it, and right now I'm thinking, “I want to play it again!” Why? Because this game has a lot of “things you only understand after playing.” (It's not that it lacks explanation.) For example, in the money-making segment. you need efficient strategies to train Jinzais (girls) and sell them to customers. Even Jinzais you grew attached to and nurtured carefully can be replaced by more talented ones. If you get cocky thinking you're raking in the cash, they might “break” and become useless. Even when you think, “Oops, that was a mistake...” it doesn't mean the game becomes unplayable, so you can usually figure something out. The same goes for the combat part Like, if you'd prepared a bit more before taking on a tough enemy, you could've used fewer items. Or rescue events where if you don't save your ally quickly, they get raped (which is great for scene collection). There are tons of parts where you think, “If I'd known beforehand, I could've done better.” But those are things you just couldn't know until you tried. That's why, even knowing that, you end up wanting to start over “from the beginning.” The fact you can do something like a New Game Plus makes the barrier lower, which is nice. As for the erotic content, you can probably guess from the game's title. There are quite a few situations where the girls get treated badly. Naturally. That said, it's not just girls getting raped every single time. Occasionally, there's a curveball thrown in, or something beyond expectations. I think the erotic scenes stayed fresh and enjoyable each time. The voice cast was also fantastic. It's a masterpiece you'll want to play again and again, so please give it a try!

This game is really unique, and definitely an easy 5 star rating. Super polished, you can tell this one is made by professionals, the UI, the soundtrack, the art quality are all top notch. Additionally, I think the art style is rather charming. You can also tell this one is made by the Japanese, because the story makes no god damn sense, but hey what did you expect? The story is entertaining in the same way anime can be, but if you go into this expecting "realism" you'll be sorely disappointed. Without giving away any spoilers you won't get in the first half hour of gameplay, I'll just say that the story is primarily about a group of misfit teens/young adults taking on a comically dystopian local government who are somehow operating within wider Japan unnoticed by the "outside". They plan to take on this evil local government by... kidnapping and prostituting women (?) and causing general mischief, and how this is supposed to actually destroy the baddies is really unclear, as well as other concerns like "how has nobody noticed this one city in Japan is doing anime villain shit?" That being said, who cares, because its a very fun game with a cast of likeable characters who manage to skirt the line between individuality and personification of tropes in the way most good anime characters do. You mostly know what you're getting from the package, but the details vary enough to make them interesting nonetheless. The sex scenes can be pretty hit and miss, depending on your fetishes, but for the most part its rather sweet and vanilla between the MC and his love interests. Most of the darker stuff happens with the unique hire events, but even those usually end up with the girl reluctantly discovering/admitting to herself that she is actually enjoying things, in classic Japanese H-game fashion. The actually gameplay is roughly divided into two sections. First, a prostitution management sim where you focus on recruiting and training various girls, upgrading your base with the money you bring in and using items/training to increase your stable's stats, as well as trying to manage girls' traits/skills to fit specific client tastes in the later portion of the game. This is rather engaging, and you will probably spend some time reloading and trying for those best traits on your girls, although by the midgame you should have all the optimized girls you really need to "win" the game, and it's a lot more about collecting the unique talents to unlock their H-scenes than actually worrying about the management. Solid minigame, and anyone who enjoys "trainer" type games will find this part familiar. Second, a combat-oriented dungeon crawling section, where you spend your time fighting teams of enemy goons, trying to gather girls and items and fighting bosses to advance the story. This combat starts out very easy but the challenge ramps up somewhat in later levels. As you start unlocking your entire squad of teammates, things get easier again for a while, but I personally felt challenged by more than one fight, it wasn't a pushover of a game at all, especially if you do the bare minimum of dungeons required for the story/supplies and refrain from purely grinding XP.

Honestly nothing comes close to this. Keep in mind please I am very, very critical of artstyle and the quality of art when reviewing games. It is the factor that weighs the most in the review. There are very few games that come close to being as fleshed out as this one, you've got plot, you've got GREAT ART, you've got gameplay, you've got... good music? The plot is pretty nice, it's not taking itself too seriously but over all you won't necessarily get bored with it, it's not one of those pretentious porn games with a philosophical story that a failed smut writer tried to mash in, it's just a pretty fun plot and that's that. THE ART IS AMAZING. 10/10 I can't complain (well maybe i can there's not much animation but honestly it doesn't really matter). The gameplay is fine, the prostitution subgame is horribly boring and annoying, your playthrough will be plagued with the constant grind for items to level up your prostitutes. The fighting aspect is really good for a porn game, but it isn't that deep or that important. As long as you've got a brain that hasn't been destroyed by porn games you should be all right. Over all, AWESOME GAME.

This game certainly features everything a hentai game needs to be a 5/5, however it made the biggest sin that a hentai game can commit in my opinion. It's essentially a game with hentai rather than a hentai game. The game itself is great. You have a nice RPG raid game with a brothel managing sim, which are connected quite nicely. You need to fight battles to unlock new girls, while the girls can get you money for upgrades and consumables. The story is decent and utilizes the VN format quite well. The Art is absolutely stunning all around, which you can tell by the screenshots. The porn present is also amazing, however this is where my main issue comes up. It's almost completely separate from the gameplay. The scenes you get either appear during story events, a choice you can make each day, or when you fulfil certain conditions with special characters in the brothel, however none of these take place during the actual game. Some people might prefer it this way, but for me personally it just feels like I'm playing a solid game, while taking a break every 10 minutes to look at porn. Overall the game is still great and it would've been an easy 5/5 if the gameplay itself included some erotic content. I'd still strongly recommend checking it out.

The colourful theme is really what I'd dig, which also makes the combat sprite animations looks gorgeous. The real mvp i think would be the music, not the story. I also wish Alicesoft game starts making their routes easier to repeat, hopefully they keep making games in their own way, not just with evenicle or too focused on rance series, it really sticks out with excellent standards

Dohna Dohna is without a doubt one of the best games in its genre. It combines engaging gameplay with fun characters and very diverse h content. The visual art-style is great and very unique, the soundtrack is amazing. On the technical side, the best word to describe it is "complete". Gameplay: 4/5 The combat is engaging, fun. It is not hard, and neither easy. During combat you have to pay attention to your characters in order to pick the best skill, and the best targets, otherwise you may struggle clearing the dungeons. The hustling minigame is all about managing resources and planning, and just like in combat, it is about paying attention. Not too much depth, but not braindead. Even though there is resource management, there is no abusive grind, you can progress through the story and finish the game without much effort as long as you follow the in-game calendar. If for any reason you want to complete the game (get all the progression and unlock all scenes), only then you are forced to grind. Completing this game at 100% is completely optional, but you may miss out some scenes if you don't. With that said, this is my only grudge about the gameplay so far, as it gets in the way if you want to see all the H content. Characters: 5/5 (great design, very likeable). Story: 4/5 I think it is fair to review both the characters and the story in the same section. The story and scenario is unserious, plain. However, the story revolves around the characters and is a perfect match for the characters, which are the main focus of the game. Art (Visual and audio): 5/5 The soundtrack is catchy, fun, and has several songs for multiple scenarios throughout the game. The visual art is great. I really like the art-style, but I can tell that it may not be as appealing for other people. The game is fully voiced. Scenes and interactions between characters have several lines of unique dialogue. However, it is in Japanese, but ain't nobody playing a Japanese eroge with English dub (lmao) so it's fine. H content: 5/5 The content may be a little controversial. I'm not that into some of the kinks portrayed in the game, but the H content in the game is so diverse... "It has a little something for everyone" (as said by that dumbass from IGN). I can't complain about this at all, I saw the tags and I knew what I was getting myself into, although sometimes it borderline looks like an Epstein simulator. Technical : 5/5 Have you ever alt-tabbed from a game and the audio keeps playing in the background? Or went from a sequence where you had to click on menus, and now you are on some dialog or scene and the mouse cursor is over the screen, not even blocking the view but being annoying? These are very small things that may be insignificant for some people, and that's why I'm surprised to see these details "fixed" in this game. The settings provide a good amount of customization to ensure nothing gets in between while you are experiencing the game. Overall enjoyment: 5/5 I'm basing my overall rating on this, because enjoyment is what actually matters. It took me 16 hours to finish my first playthrough and I completed about 75% of the achievements. It was fun while it lasted, but I'm not coming back to complete the whole thing.

Awesome game with stylishly sleek art. Themes are on the weaker/tamer side, considering AliceSoft's other projects. Still, if you aren't a fan of rape, prostitution, or any other violent/sexual-related themes, then this probably isn't the game for you. IF you don't mind the R18+ themes, however, you're treated to a great sandbox RPG game
