Dreaming One is NOT the story of Francesca. Dreaming One is the story of Cursed Island. Francesca is the main protagonist of the main story, she is absolutely the most important character but she is a point of view between others. The story ends with the mystery of Cursed Island, not with Francesca.

Demo + Prequel - You will be able to play as an unnamed male character and see how Cursed Island was 500 years before the story of Francesca. - You will be able to switch mid-game between the prequel and the main story, time will pass between both games. If you sleep in the prequel, night will pass in the main game too. Some items that you find in the prequel may be useful for Francesca and viceversa. - All advices were listened to and lots of things got fixed in the main game. Hard to list them all. The first one that comes to mind is that the main font was changed, the fast forward button was changed to Shift, the Tab button now hides the dialogue box. - New followers with peculiar weapons and skills (Herbert and the Clone) - New spells that will soon change Francesca's outfit (not yet) and can change Francesca role in battle. You can now turn people into pigs! - A way to skip Ludwig's day event with items you find in the prequel, and viceversa - A bounty system - The battles are now harder but Francesca can become way stronger too. Just explore around and the game will reward you with goodies. Demo Initial Release

This game gave a strange experience for me. I am not sure it is entirely positive. I liked the renders especially in prequel. But I didn't like terrible grinding of the game. Also I think there is some logical issues in the code. In the end, it's another game having few pretty pictures but asking players lots of clicking and time without good reason. I think it's a lost opportunity considering good renders of the game. The only way to enjoy the game was to extract and view images from the game without running it.

A VERY grindy but engaging take on some classic rpgm tropes. Getting the bad out of the way first, this game is incredibly grindy. You will be forced to walk to your room in one building, walk to a job in another building, and then even walk to a bath in another building several times just to advance the plot. You will also be forced to rewatch the same scene 2-3 times just to progress to the next scene. You will be forced to do a job every day that begins with 4 slow interactions and eventually becomes 10 slow interactions. Moments like those left me feeling like my time as a reader/player wasn't being valued. The combat is also incredibly grindy and frustrating. I don't want to fight 30 of the same goblins and rats to progress through a mine. That's not fun gameplay. The spells are also pretty boring--you can either waste a turn debuffing a creature that'll die in 3 turns anyway, you can choose to cast an ember that does slightly more damage that your attack, or you can just spam attack for 3 turns. It's not very fun for 5 combat events--let alone the 30+ you'll be forced to do in a row once you enter a combat area. For the good, the author is very good at building intrigue and trickling in breadcrumbs at a tantalizing pace. There were many times where I kept telling myself, "Okay, one more day and then I'll call it quits for now. I just want to see where this conversation is going... Okay, maybe one day again." And there are characters with amusing conversations and interesting stories to where I kept coming back to them just to see what they say. The worldbuilding is just different enough from the typical world of magic that I'm interested to see where it goes. The eroticism isn't much yet, but the models are nice enough that I'm again interested to see where it goes. There's a lot of potential in this game. Overall, Dreaming One looks very promising, but the repetitive mechanics of the game really left a sour taste in my mouth.

This looks like a really great rpg maker game in the making. The demo already has more soul and entertainment value than most Sakura releases. I had a lot of fun and went too late to bed due to this twice. I do like the scenario and enjoy the model (even though it looks quite dated). The amount of renders is tiny at the moment but there is a lot to come in the future. I hope the noodles will finish this gem.

Rare to see this amount of care put into a demo... Like no joke i guess i have to go ahead and buy it tomorrow, because if you remember those cringe 'Would you steal a car?!' ads... that's how i feel, taking out of the pockets of talented people after playing this DEMO, which is wild. You are welcome to decide for yourself, if im mental or correct

I went into this "demo" expecting a half hour of gameplay at most. 3 hours later and I'm already hooked but managed to finish all the demo material. The lewd scenes don't go very far yet, but every single one of the different scene threads is well-presented and very fun to follow. I'm excited to see just how depraved everything can get. For the first showing of a game, this is impressive and speaks volumes for how much potential it has and what to expect going forward.
