Edges of Adulthood

"Edges of Adulthood" is a story about a student named Sam who enrolls in Academy X in pursuit of a successful future. However, he does this not out of personal ambition, but in hopes of resolving his main problem - paying off his family's financial debt. Inner conflict tears at him as he struggles between "the obligation to repay his family" and "building his own life." Adding to this, a war breaks out in a neighboring country. Although his country is not directly involved in the conflict, its leadership prepares for possible invasion while covertly helping the defending neighbor. More Spoiler This situation gives rise to questionable but quick ways of making money, tempting many who forget where the line that shouldn't be crossed lies. Along his path, Sam meets different people, from distant individuals with firm moral principles to skeptically-minded enterprising personalities. Special attention is given to encounters with young women who become not only romantic interests but also unique mentors. Each of them represents a unique approach to life. Their views on duty, love, and morality force Sam to rethink his own priorities. Do they guide Sam toward his goal or lead him astray? Every action of the protagonist has consequences, and it's up to you to determine how this story ends.
