About Endless Comfort

Endless Comfort is a 2D CG animated side-scroller by ST Hot Dog King, using the Others engine. You play as a woman working in a clinic who discovers that strange abnormalities are appearing. These monsters slowly corrupt and alter your body, so you must take pills when you notice them or they will attack while you sleep. The game includes 24 abnormalities and focuses on transformation and monster themes.

The current version is v1.0.2, released on March 8, 2026, and development is ongoing rather than finished. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English and is uncensored. The latest update fixes a display bug involving patient futa transfer. The earlier v1.0.1 update added a maximum FPS option and a full-screen option, fixed patient display issues, and disabled orientation lock for the APK version.

Developer's description
