Eruption Imminent

This is easily a top-5 choice for me! This game has a lot of soul to it. The story has well thought out emotion, drama, love, lust, a little mystery, and plenty of perversion. The characters all feel individual and not just cookie cutters, in both design and personalities - I love that all body types are represented and not going for jumbo-titted-mega-cocked futa. The world building is simple but flows well and it shows in the language chosen for the script (Ex: Using "Goddess" instead of "God"). The art is beautiful and good use of camera angles give great story telling. And your choices seem to matter for pretty much everything, leading to your mid-story decision before continuing with new dialogue options. At the time of writing this review, I finished what was released so far. A beautifully sad moment for the PC that left me wanting more of the story. Truly amazing and I hope that the developer releases more and soon!

Best futa game of this century. Ashe and Fiona a amazing. Hopefully we'll see Fiona's sub side Like that game have different rout, but I think on initial dev cycle it should be 2 main rout - siren and kitten, and after release some dlc with different rout like cuck and etc. Cuz now sometime 3rd rout feel kind of underbake, I mean first sex scene between Ashe and Fiona is just 12/10 both siren and kitten, but cuck is just kitten route with some adjustments. Is just my feeling, nut anyways amazing game. Insta buying it after steam release.

9/10 very good models, good use of lighting. If I had to be picky, I'd say the genital anatomy could be improved. But in terms of story, characters, and lore (for a sex game), it's very complete and well-structured. Overall, highly recommended.

Honestly a great game, story is interesting and I got really attached to the characters too. I would recommend this to anyone who likes/doesn't mind futa. Only thing that I think could be improved is the animated scenes being more fluid with more movement.

I must admit that i tried this game on a whim since i'm a bit hard up for games. I must also admit that i am left pleasantly surprised this might be the best of its genre. I will preface this with, while i dont hate futa, i think its a tad overdone in the nsfw space. Almost woman is turned into one and it's everwhere. Having said all that, I don't regret playing this. This game has an interesting plot that is bogged down by one aspect. While that aspect hurts it a bit, it's still a great game and story. Pros: Ashe she is an interesting female to pilot. She has a multitude of emotional range. While she is or rather starts out really timid, its understandable with the world and the condition she has in this version of the world. Her model is gorgeous, cute, hot and is animated amazingly well. The cast: In this world, everyone is female so i'm pleased to say that the majority of them look great. along with that, they have range. Futas are women too: THANK YOU FOR REMEMBERING THAT FUTA AREN'T GUYS. I can't get across how most futa media is done horribly because people just use futa as guys in most everything. Women are the gender most in turn with sensuality. They are effected by big things and small thing. Kissing can damn near make women cum as being dug out. My point is a futa would be effected by sex far more than a woman and man seperately so its nice to see futa actually respond to sex in a more intense way. Tension and scenarios: I must admit that when shit goes down, its excellent. Scenes with her homegirl, scenes at the party, even her first time...well done indeed. Dialogue: Story isnt mind blowing obviously but its a good read. Most if not all of the characters have good dialogue and are characterized pretty well. Lighting: i know this is a vn but the lighting for the caps is pretty damn good as well which of course helps make the models look great. Cons: While there arent many, there are a few Not finished: obviously for any decent game in general, it not being finished will always be a con because if you jump in late and get invested, hitting the to be continued screen hurts. Cleo: This is personal but i suppose i'll still say it. I get that Cleo is pretty much the dumb jock character but I still hate it being used here. It's already annoying that if any female has a speck of tone then she is catalogued as dominant and manish but to have her be this way grinds my gears. I love me some buff mommies and sadly we get less than we should because people seemingly think that a buff woman can't be feminine or at least they never let her be. So to have this gorgeous female model not only exist to be a dumb just but to also be a futa which is another thing that is plaguing the buff females in art, it sucks a bit. I know later on you get a buff futa who is more in touch with her feminine side later on but it still really sucks to see. Oriana: The gripe for Cleo extends to Oriana as well. Done far too much with black women so it sucks to see it here. Blackmailer: I hate her. While i'm still curious as to who she is and why, I think she kinda wasn't needed. This story and characters were strong enough on their own without some douche on the phone pushing stuff. End of the day though, this is a well done vn with an interesting story and great scenes.

Sorry, I just remembered that didn't gave this game 5 star, so it deserves it. More complex futa game with parallel world, a lot of choices and fetishes, mental trauma ad shit. Futa is not my fetish, but this game deserves attention. But... slow updates.

Due to a lack of compelling games/VNs involving futa in the genre, I feel like this one receives too much praise. As of the current release, Chapter 6, I think it's a good VN that has potential. Unfortunately, the author has chosen to go all-in on the painfully trite trope of the MC being blackmailed into doing XYZ thing, and only once in ten thousand years does this trope pay off in a satisfying manner. Obviously the story is still ongoing, so that remains to be seen. However, another issue is that as of this review, it's not clear to me where we are in the story. Like yes it's still under development, but where are we in the plot itself? Was the Chapter 6 party halfway through the story? Or just the end of Act 1? I think this ambiguity undermines the reader's investment in the overall story, as we could be talking about this story being completed in 1-2 years, or more than 3 (if not abandoned later on). That aside, I think the writing is fine enough. Others are criticizing the amount of time devoted to the MC's thoughts, but I think that helps frame the situation from MC's point of view. What really annoys me in the writing (notwithstanding the idiotic relationship between MC and her childhood friend who left for a year) is cringe nicknames like shorty. It's been a few months since I played last, so I don't remember if there's more or worse than this, but I physically recoiled when what's-her-name called the MC shorty. Like, please stop. Anyway, in terms of H-content I think the game delivers in spades with its 3-route approach. It remains to be seen if the author will regret their choice to branch the storyline into sub/dom/cuck paths, but I think each route having unique love interests is also a great way to add replayability.

Ashe can't stop thinking; she just can't stop pondering, unable to stop contemplating and musing, lots of ruminating, even a little bit of brooding—okay, lots of brooding. If she spent half the time actually doing stuff, it would be a lot better. It takes a few chapters to actually start going, and the mystery aspect is not really doing anything for me (do we really need more stakes than the very fragile social/sexual life of a lady with both a penis and a vagina in a cruel futa world? We do? Aww, too bad), but those two bits aside, this is wonderful; the girls are so much fun, the models are incredible, the game looks great, and the character writing is good enough that you kind of forget about the bad bits (much like Ashe does). Chapter 6 was really strong; if all chapters after this one keep up this level, this can easily become one of my favorites of all time. Spoiler Let Ashe fuck all the older ladies too please

Yeah there are a few bits here that feel a little awkward but as far as writing goes this is SO GOOD, and that's saying a lot. I remember playing this through when it was only the first chapter, I'm glad I revisited here (v.0.6.1), it was definitely worth it. Anything I could pick out to criticize would be pretty minor... Social and political issues around duplos mirror trans issues in real life, which feels simultaneously in place and out of place in a world full of futas. I think it's handled a bit awkwardly, it doesn't detract much. I could say the word-building is a bit weak? I'm grasping at straws to find something to be constructively critical about. Some of the photography, especially early on, falls into the familiar trap of doing constant dutch angles in order to get more into the frame, but this improves after the first couple of chapters. See what I mean? There isn't much to criticize. Choices make a difference and the game is clear about what your choices mean. I love the little hints that show me which choices I only have access to because of my earlier choices. Honestly the writing and pacing carry Eruption Imminent quite far. It's rare to go through a VN on this site and have it be worth playing.

This is good, but, my god, 99% of the dialogue is inside the MC's own mind. It's almost unprecedented, for me, but I'm sure this is just tied for the top 3 games that abuse inner monologue and not the top. It's not even badly written, it's just abuse of a trap even published authors fall into. I would say I'm nitpicking, except for HOW MUCH she's in her head. The amount of time spent telling the player (but NOT TELLING) why she is whinging about her sister returning is a mind-boggling amount of time to NOT make a point, but this behavior is doubled down on numerous times, and is not all that unrealistic. People, more often than not, choose to NOT say what needs to be said and rather just act like an ostrich and let things grow exponentially worse. And you're trying to say that ALL of this has NO other way of being communicated to the player? This is a writing 101 example of laziness - likely just habitual (thinking in parentheses isn't enough to feed the habit, they also have pink text by itself to feed it more). Is this the easiest way to do it? Yes, it is, which is why it is so rampant and popular. "Path of least resistance" has been human nature for a long time now; it doesn't make it "good" or "right". I choose to laud those who do the work to take the lesser travelled path, for we are all the better for it when they do. What isn't about "easy" is the fact that both sisters are idiots. I'm really struggling with the near constant propensity for devs to write stupidity as a major character trait. Unless ignorance like this is simply common, and they really do just think that "distance and time" will just magically fix things given enough of each of them?? Or that pretending something isn't wrong, just don't acknowledge that people HAVE to talk, truthfully - will surely mend all issues. There's a thing in writing called the "Willing Suspension of Disbelief". It is a threshold that readers have... how far they are willing to be pushed PAST believability before their immersion crumbles and the authors lose them. Every reader engages in this contract to believe in, to some degree of acceptance, what they know to not be true. It's hitched on the author accepting that they WON'T push things TOO far into the unacceptable for whatever the "standard" is for the genre and audience they're writing for. So my question is, is THIS much ignorance the NORM for people at this point? Or do you WANT to be treated like you are part and parcel to an existence of this level of stupidity? Because I CHAFE with *every* game that does this. This is the hero of your story. She's great, for the most part, why make her dumb? "But humans are fallible." Yes, yes they are. And they don't have to be remotely ignorant to be so. Actually, when the miraculously capable fall or make mistakes, it's even MORE compelling. How could it even happen? They seem to have SO much going for them. But then we can take a trip into looking deeper and over time in the story see the faint cracks and imperfections that we didn't even notice were there. Or perhaps a deep-seated, underlying tragedy they tried desperately to keep hidden for YEARS. Who knows!? Literally, what can be SO amazing in writing. The SKY is the limit! And yet, so often, laziness prevails, and we get "dumb" dropped in our laps. I'm sorry for going so long and meandering with this. There is SO MUCH that is GOOD about this game and potential to be so much more than it already is. It's already time-consuming and challenging, and look at what you've overcome already to come this far with such results. We get better by working beyond our comfort zone and habits. The more time we spend living and breathing with the alien and unfamiliar; the sooner they simply become old friends we've had the greatest of times with.

This is some of the best I've seen. Five stars. I seriously recommend supporting the developer and buying it if you can. First off, a few caveats. One, I played version 0.6.1. Two, by porn game standards this is a slow burn, most scenes in the first two chapters will be either masturbation or fantasies. Three, the incest patch is essential. The plot would make no sense without it. So this one takes place in a world with no men, only futa (both with just a dick and intersex) and fem people. The character writing is solid and avoids the standard porn plot rush through. Honestly, for the genre this may as well be a masterpiece. The characters feel fleshed out. The incest route isn't just a sex fantasy but a dramatic and angsty affair that feels if not quite realistic then at least believable. The MC can be a bit of a pushover and horndog, but considering the standard power fantasy MCs we get she's easier to empathise with. She is aware of her actions and actually tries to grapple with her own morality and choices. The plot is mostly linear. You get choices of which characters to pursue and which scenes to go for or skip, but the main story is pretty on rails. To counteract it, it's good. It flounders a bit in the early portions when it tries to tackle some serious and dark topics for the first time, but as time moves on it improves and manages to make you care about the world and the people in it. The scenes are good. Not amazing but they're usually elevated by the writing and build-up. Futa protagonist games are not super common and often suffer in the writing department so this one comes as a breath of fresh air. If you're a fan of futa, don't mind a slower game, and want to get invested in some characters along the way rather than have a power fantasy, try this one out.

You like Futas? You like Well Developed Characters (Liter-ally and Figure-atively) ? A Decent Semi Branching Story Arc? Then look no further... Models, facial expressions and character details are amazing, so are the backgrounds and the sex scenes, but what really sets this game apart is that it has a good story and absolutely amazing World Building, so you are not only able to empathize with the MC and the side characters, you know exactly why they are feeling the way they are feeling....horny most of the time, but they do have other feelings as well. This game is not just goon material, despite being pretty good goon material...

It's flat-out excellent. Writing, plot, characters - all fantastic. I especially like the main character. Being able to choose whether your character is submissive or dominant in relationships/scenes is a huge plus. The graphics are very nice too, and the sound design is great as well. Overall just a really high quality game, and I look forward to future updates.

This one is truly outstanding in a group of excellent erotic games I enjoy. The storyline is what does the most for me, I'm quite invested in it. The artwork is sexy as hell and I love how the story can arc in multiple ways, depending upon choices. Chapter 6 has left us with a hell of a cliffhanger. Very much looking forward to how this plays out.

Wow. What an amazing, nice surprise this was. I'm a somewhat new/casual fan of futa, but have rarely found something in the genre that hooked me like Eruption Imminent did. I just couldn't stop playing. This is easily one of my favorite nsfw games, ever. Which is crazy to me, haha. But I'm so happy I tried it! + Amazing renders and scenes. + Great plot and dialogue. Interesting and unique world building. + Diverse and interesting cast - both physically and in personality. I can't wait to play more of this gem. I have no complaints so far, and no wishful improvements. I'm simply looking forward to see where the story goes!

Eruption Imminent [v0.6.1] TL;DR: A very slow-paced game with a great story, attractive love interests, and a wide range of content and kinks. If you like futa, you’ll probably enjoy this game—whether you prefer sub, dom, or futa-on-futa scenes. This game moves at a slow pace, but in a good way. I actually think the pacing is one of its strongest points. Most Ren’Py visual novels feel rushed, with little to no character development, but this one takes its time to introduce each girl and build genuine connections with the MC. The story is engaging, filled with mystery, humor, and a bit of drama that keeps things interesting. As for the kinks—it's mainly focused on futa (obviously), and you can make choices that lean toward domination, submission, or even cuck themes. There are also other fetishes like voyeurism and feet, though there isn’t much content for those in the current version. When it comes to the love interests, most of them look great, except for the odd lip design they all seem to share—it’s like everyone had a bit too much Botox, which can look weird at times. Other than that, the cast is excellent: each character has a distinct personality, different body types, and a mix of feminine and futa characters. Overall, I’d recommend this game even to people who aren’t usually into futa content. The story is genuinely good, the characters are interesting, and I can’t wait to see how the game develops in future updates.

Eruption Imminent [v0.6.0] Potential spoilers ahead. Let me preface this first - I'm not a FUTA guy, what so ever. Never ever thought I'd even indulge a VN with futa content in my life...but if there were ever a good exception to make, Eruption Imminent is DEFINITELY the one. Very good writing, layered and multidimensional characters, hot sex scenes. This is an easy recommend, even if you aren't a futa fan a game like this could easily convert or pursuade you, it's THAT high quality. Also, you can just avoid all the futa paths and stick with the "regular" girls. -- Favorite girls at the moment -- - Kate (thick, curvy milf..best friends MARRIED mom... Need I say more? although not a fan of the hairy pits) - Lexi (probably my favorite at the moment, love submissive sluts who like it rough, and it's a hot stark contrast to her elegant and sophisticated demeanor and appearance) - Bella (bitchy hot spicy latina who clearly has a crush on the MC but acts like a cunt to cover it up? sign me the fuck up, can't wait to dom the hell out of her and put her in her place) - Vanessa (although after the end of this current update, don't like her very much anymore. What. a. cliffhanger.) -Delilah Spoiler: slight spoiler (was highly convinced she was the blackmailer until this update proved otherwise. She's still a bit sus...but so damn hot and cute) - Evelyn (MC's Mom, Milf...no more needs to be said) - Rachel (MC's sister/twin...Yep!) --Points I love about the game.-- -Options to be domme/dominant. -Not forced to engage with other FUTA's or anyone you aren't interested in -Well written - Has a good amount of mystique and drama in the right places, makes one invested. -Characters aren't one dimensional and are interesting. - Plenty of different body types and variety in LI's. - Good, clean renders. - Instead of the usual janky looped animations for sex scenes, this game is 100% render only and I MUCH prefer that to the former. If any project has proven you DON'T need animations to make sex scenes hot, it's this one. The dialogue and still images are nut-busting enough. - Setting is unique, female only universe. Well atleast to me it is unique, this is the first and probably only futa themed game I have and will ever play, unless another one of this magnitude and quality appears then...perhaps. --Things that bother me -- - "Ms X"- Just not a fan of the MC being blackmailed by some mysterious person who seems to be everywhere all at once conveniently and somehow knows everything the MC is doing and all about her, and also normally if there's blackmailing content I prefer to be the one doing it. After the end of this current update, it seems like it was all trite anyway, because some dumb ugly bitch reveals the MC's secret to everyone regardless. Hopefully that means the end of this Ms X blackmailing stuff because I feel it's dragging on a bit, and is far-fetched. - There could be a bit more player input more regularly in dialogues, but this story is so well written that I don't mind there isn't as much of it. - Be prepared for painful cliffhangers and to wait a while ;( So yeah, I definitely recommend. There is something for everyone in this! Props to MorriganRae, keep up the great work. This is a real gem!

Really excellent characters. Hot. Kinky. Flawed. Better than average renders. Good story. I do wish it was more mix and match instead of specific paths. But other than the MC not being able to get railed by the cop while being balls deep in Lexi, I have no notes. 5 stars.

More like a kinetic novel, lost me after the first and forced sex scene what killed the whole plot and also wasted too much of my time before... However not the worst game I played also it have quality ut i am not an futa fan also not harem style lover.

If you like Futa pretty much you're going to love this game. No animations only still but it is what it is. Fun story, but what I like most is the branching. You can choose to be a Kitten (sub), a Dom, or a Cuck. Played up to the recent update and genuinely a fun time. We'll see what happens in another year for the next chapter
