Everyone Is Cuckolded (NTR) is a 2D RPG Maker game by Kiya, using 2DCG art and English text. You play a male protagonist sent by the state, alongside companions, to confront four criminal syndicates after genetic mutations create superpowers, cause conflict, and lead to an uneasy peace in 2044. The named groups are Blue Dragon, White Tiger, Black Tortoise, and Black Phoenix, and the story touches on cheating, corruption, and male domination.

The current build is ongoing at v1.0, released on February 27, 2025 for Windows. It is a censored release, with English text edited through RPGMLocalizer. This is not a demo, and the listed platform is Windows only. The presentation uses 2D RPG Maker visuals throughout this adult title.

Developer's description

In 2034, mutations occurred in human genetics, causing humanity to suddenly awaken “superpowers”. As everyone possessed these powers from birth, numerous wars and crimes erupted. In response, nations swiftly took action, organising various investigative teams to halt these developments. Finally, by 2044, humanity achieved a completely peaceful era. Wars between nations ceased, and people lived harmonious lives. However, problems arose concerning domestic security. Various criminal forces emerged one after another, giving rise to the Four Great Criminal Syndicates that tormented people's Spoiler lives: Blue Dragon Syndicate The White Tiger Gang The Black Tortoise Gang The Black Phoenix Gang These gangs perpetrated crimes, plunging people into hardship. Consequently, the protagonist and their companions were dispatched by the state to eliminate these criminal organisations...
