About FF&S: Scenes That Didn't Happen

FF&S: Scenes That Didn't Happen accompanies Family, Friends and Strangers, a Ren'Py kinetic novel by JohnandRich. It collects scenes and storylines from that world that were cut from the main narrative, as well as alternate directions and fan-requested material that did not fit the core story. The player follows male protagonists in animated 3D visuals, with a school setting and teasing among the themes.

The current build is v2026.01, released on January 5, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, without censorship. The latest update continues the Under the Weather story with a second part. The changelog also shows earlier releases adding separate stories, including Melissa, Becky, Parker and Melanie, and Carl with cheerleaders.

Developer's description

This project is a companion to Family, Friends and Strangers . When an author is creating a story, many times there are scenes that sound good, but don't end up making the cut. In addition, sometimes there are scenes that could go "this way" or "that way." If "this way" is chosen, people still might be interested in seeing "that way." This project is designed to address this. It consists of scenes or story lines from the "Family, Friends and Strangers" world that aren't part of the FF&S story itself. Over time, it will also allow the author to present content that fans have asked for, but which didn't fit into the "FF&S story proper." Note that this project is not, and will not be, delivered through Patreon.
