As a parody of Five Nights at Freddy's, this game does a fantastic job of replicating both the gameplay and the atmosphere of the original, and while the former is easy enough to do, the latter is much tougher to do right. I appreciated the use of hand-drawn images for the game, a more difficult option rarely seen in this day and age, but certainly a breath of fresh air. On top of this, the developer clearly took advantage of doing it that way with the varied body types among the male characters and the presence of all the animatronics on power out before the jumpscare. I especially enjoyed how the developer made Foxy's jumpscare legitimately spooky, and how they took advantage of Freddy's musclegut for his solo game over scene. I'm not going to spoil it, but you'll know what I mean when you see it. There were, however, a few things I wasn't fond of that prevent me from giving this game a five-star review. While I consider these things reasonable given the developer making the game in less than 2 months for Halloween, that doesn't mean I shouldn't talk about them. First is the lack of phone calls at the start of Nights 1-5. These were a key component of the atmosphere of the original game, and their absence here is quite a bit of wasted potential. Something else is that the gameplay, as far as I'm aware , isn't quite perfectly replicated. For one reason or another, when Freddy's in the East Hall corner, Chica never shows up on the hall lights. Furthermore, going back to the phone calls, their absence here has a gameplay impact where Bonnie is active earlier on Night 1, which may trip up people more familiar than I with the original game. I said I appreciated the use of hand-drawn assets earlier and I stand by that statement, but that plus the short dev time means that Bonnie and Chica are regulated to a singular pose until their respective jumpscares, which are regulated to still images being zoomed in and out among multiple other things. Finally, there's no real incentive to go through the standard nights. There are only five sex scenes in the game, all of which are game overs. Consequently, there's no gallery, but why would you need one? Just play Night 6 and manipulate the AI to get the scene you want. In summation, this is a solid game, I enjoyed it quite a bit, and the developer did well with the limited time they had, but I'd like to see them go back and improve on the experience.
