Absolutely terrible. This game is based on a great comic, "Friday Fever" by Golden Master. The developer of this game bought the comic rights and now sells the comic in game form, after adding some "interactive gameplay". This interactive gameplay consists of minigames (hit the button, puzzle game, etc.) that are not only badly designed and not fun, they're actively getting in the way of the game and cock block you until you did dozens of stupid, unnecessary tasks that add nothing and 'cause your dick to shrivel up like a salt-doused snail. You can look for the original comic online, read that, and enjoy it an infinite amount of times more than this game that actively seeks to kill your erection and your patience both. Add in the botted steam reviews - and yeah, this is just a disgusting money grab.
