v2.6 New characters: Mimikyu (Model by WarfareMachine) Freya Crescent (Model by WarfareMachine) New features / changes: Portrait only loading option (Available on the startup screen) When Portrait Only is enabled, it will load only a preview image of the character instead of the whole statue, which is less taxing on the memory. (Ideal to prevent crashed on Quest 3, but it also works on the PCVR client.) A few things to note: -Portrait Only doesn't load any metadata from the statues, so you can't get as many information as from the regular Statue Loading. -The game need to reload the main menu every time you return to it, which takes a few seconds. Better than crashing I suppose. Unlimited Voice Selection With this update, voices are not gender/type locked anymore, so every voicepack is available for every character. Save File Bugfix I fixed a bug that would save an invalid skin ID and would cause to bug out some features, like skin changing and body shapes. v2.5 New characters: Cerberus (By MayoSplash ) Sybil (By WarfareMachine ) Kindred (By CumminHam ) New features / changes: PCVR & Quest Client -Head & Eye tracking support added to the client. This feature allows the characters to look in direction of the camera (player) with their head and/or eyes). This feature is toggleable under the character settings, the setting only shows up if this feature is supported on the character. Some positions make headtracking impossible, so it's only enabled on positions where eye contact can be possible normally. Since characters to support this needs a rebuild and reconfiguration, currently only a few characters have it, namely the newly released 3 lady, with Nala and Officer Flint . I tried to convert more but I literally ran out of time. More comes next month, however. It can also be turned off under the Partner settings, so the head and eyes return to their previous random expression method (or to their default state) Light intensity of directional light ("sun") can be adjusted under the Visual Settings, if the map has such lighting. Quest Client -Native passthrough support (In main menu and via loading the Passthrough map) Manual has been updated on how to update (which is just basically installing the same apk) v2.4 New characters: (All new models were created by MayoSplash) Lovander (Last 2 animations presented were made by mxga) Nala 2B New features / changes: The new asynchronous statue loading loads statues when needed, instead of preloading everything all at once. This way, the menu loading time is drastically increased. I also added a new simple main menu background (Purple Void), which is the default theme for Quest, but also selectable for PCVR. New platform: Meta Quest: GOAT VR Quest is a special version of the client, rebuilt for the Meta Quest. It functions the same as the PCVR version, and can do 90% of the extra features, like body shapes, outfits, kissing support, custom video loading, etc. All released characters have been rebuilt for Quest compatibility, and many(but not all) maps and voices has also been added. (Currently there is no passthrough support for MR mode, but I will look into it.) Obviously the graphics are worse, but the characters looks good on close range, there are limited lighting options. Cum simulation sadly doesn't work on android, and the current sex toy support is PCVR only. Enhanced LOD levels Higher quality settings will loaded higher detailed objects in the background. This was needed because the new forest map looked bad even on high setting until I adjusted the LOD. New Scanes: Forest(HD) I'm super happy that I was finally managed to add a more realistic forest, because I failed make it work before. Basketball Stadium A simple basketball level, fitting for Lola Bunny. Photo Studio I added this because it was tested months ago, and the implementation was relatively painless. Police Station On the opposite spectrum, I had a very hard time with this map, and I'm still not totally happy with the results. v2.2.3 New characters: Noelle Holiday Lunaris Beartha Updated voice: Nami955 recorded more tones for her voicepack for your enjoyment! Quality setting: High+ offers a bit stronger SSAO, but it's exactly like the High settings. Really, it's just a subtle difference, and results may depends on the character and map lighting too. For example: Officer Flint returns to Horny Jail to give you what you deserve. I added more higher quality light to the corridor too. Since the original skybox broke after the 2.0 update, I decided to go with the dawn aesthetics for the hotel. Rebuilt the bedroom map with the original source files and updated lighting.(TV will also work, which was broke after the custom video update) Anniversary is on 12th, so you can expect at least a smaller update that day, with the rebuilt scenes and maybe some new animations too, depends on how much progress I can make on the weekend. The worst is the Forest with some white textures, others missing some graphics elements, like seagulls from the beach. Colorful Statues A few months ago, colorful statues have been added for new releases, so it started to look weird among all of the traditional, marble like statues. Took me a few days to convert all statues to color, since I could not not copy and paste the material the larger character file uses. Instead, I wrote a handy script that rescales the textures and also created a material for said statue. Technical stuff. Anyway, I feel like the gallery looks much nicer. Sex Toy Support The first version of Sex Toy Support through Buttplug.io is available. There might be some syncing issues during animation(especially with linear motion toys), but I have some ideas how to optimise it in the future. Reworked Voice Pack Loading with Tone Selection One of the system that haven't been touched since release was the voice pack loading system. Previously, all voice packs were loaded at start, and stored in the memory. With the new system, only the currently active voice pack is stored. To achieve this, I had rethink the whole approach of loading, so the Content/SoundProfiles now contains folders with metadata,sample files and of course, the whole .dmv file with all the sounds. I also had the opportunity now to introduce the Tone Selection system, in case a VA has multiple tones/versions available. Sadly I was not able to make a new voicepack for release, but I will make up for it in the holiday update. Reworked Custom Video and Music Loader Custom Video and Music player has been extended with loop modes, the ability to load content from current scene's folder,and with lowpass filter the music player. "Augmented Reality" support The new greenscreen scene makes it possible to use your room as a game scene, more on that later. New characters: Anubis (by Bom39) Crusch Lulu (by Furromantic) New Positions: Many old animations were tweaked a bit to match my new animation procedure(which involves the correct use of animation curves), plus updated the neck movement with the new smooth movement technique. Might not be too noticable, but makes the animations feel better overall. New Scenes: Cinema Your favorite movies now on big screen! You can make your own custom playlist by dropping movies in the Content/Scenes/cinema folder. Greenscreen room(for Virtual Desktop Passthrough mode) If you have a Quest device with Virtual Desktop, you can turn your room into a game scene, using your environment as background. This gimmick is explained better in this video,and also shows how to set up: 1.8.6 feature: Not much changed, just added some code to make the dynamic light/visitors system work on the mansion. More expressive expression test I'm practicing a new animation method that can make expression change more dynamic and less stiff. Basically, some expressions are longer animation clips instead of just a 1 frame clip used for most of the expressions. This means, for example, the character will not just look up and down, but does a motion before doing that, like looking more up or sideways. (I'm bad at explaining, and its kinda hard to explain without explaining how the whole animation system works, but I hope its noticable enough) New character : Stella Stella model was made by AeridicCore (Stella might have weird lighting issue on some maps/locations where the head or body is darker then the other parts. Its a map related bug which will be fixed) New character(s) : Mal0.2 This version of Mal0 is the first release featuring spectators, or side characters. Each spectator is a seperate entity and only appears during the assigned position. Was quite tricky to pull off, hope you like it. (You can also turn them off sincec they are marked as removeable items) This model was originally made by Furromantic, but I made modifications on the face. New scene : Haunted Mansion The Haunted Mansion features many locations, with chilling atmosphere,weather effects and some unexpected visitors. They won't bite. I think. New scene :Graveyard A long overdue graveyard scene, offering moonlight, night ambience,and total peace and quite.(Don't worry about the wolves) Well,this should conclude this years Spooktober, hope you liked it.
