Destined Desires

its not a bad game by any means, but it just didn't hook me the same as others. To start, the UI controls are really different than normal and at times it changes randomly, shift could be to go back, shift could be to interact, to open your inventory menu, sometimes you'll have to manually press back using spacebar, it just doesn't feel nice. Also, the art leaves a bit to be desired, but that's just my personal opinion.

Gameplay: 5/10 CG/H-Content Art Quality: 8/10 CG/H-Content Itself: 9/10 Story: 7/10 (A bit dry currently but excited for the further plot progression. The Good: FULLY VOICE ACTED WITH GREAT VOICES!!!!! Gameplay is nothing exceptional but theres a wide variety of playstyles, items, party members, you name it so it doesn't get TOO stale. Although it does get quite repetitive. Lots of H-Scenes for the recruitable allies, not sure how that system works if you release them, as in I don't know if you can get those allies back upon releasing them but honestly why would you. Lots to love, and not that bad for a top down hack n slash. Would Recommend for the CG alone tbh. The Bad: Certain gatherable honestly need descriptions on how to collect/find them because I still have no clue how to get 10 Elderwood. This and just wanting the main girls to have more scenes are really my only issues. I feel like the H-Scenes in combat should have less dire consequences so that it's not just a let them kill you to see the scene situation so often but I digresss. Final Score: 5/5 Hella potential and GREAT animated CG scenes.

a lot of heart and soul put into it compared to others, as can be seen by voice acting for basically every line (which is unexpectedly high quality too) and the lively character designs. the gameplay is simple and not that good but i'll take it over turn based any day of the week. there are a lot of small flaws like clunky ui or clunky base building controls but honestly it'd be a shame to give it a lower score due to stuff like that when it's clear this is going to be a high quality game made with passion.

Actually good, nice animations and nice gameplay, has a lot of potential if it keeps being worked on, the only thing Id say is that id like to have more instances on the animations, so they are not constantly looping, but apart from that all good.

Please Continue developing this masterpiece, its incredibly fun, dinamic and unique. I enjoyed the sistem of RPG more than anything else, and its obvious the amount of love and details it has. 10/10 I would play it again no doubt.

v0.18 as of writing. Feels like a quickly put-together demo, considering how it throws you straight into the action with no explanation of any of the systems in place despite there being quite a handful of them. In terms of gameplay, this is definitely an improvement compared to Succubus Hunt. Combat feels nice, party/recruitment system is cool, didn't really mess around with the equipments or levelling. Art-wise, it's basically the same as the previous game. Which isn't a bad thing at all. Don't gotta fix what isn't broken. There's also some hand-drawn/non-pixel scenes. They aren't bad by any means, I just prefer the pixel scenes. Worth trying out.

Truly what a gooning game needs to be, a versatile playing experience where by having the gallery unlocked I can switch to desire a longer or shorter experience of playtime, the art is great with a little difference between the poses but I can understand why, and the fighting is simple with little complexity over the controls. Has great potential for future content.
