Claire, is one of Glory Academy's brightest graduates. Soon after she completes her dissertation, she and her partner move in to, Glory Town, where she assumes her first post as an esteemed, Mutations Researcher, at the mutations clinic. Her calling in life is to contribute to the global initiative of understanding why 90% of the world has started to converge into a single gender (Futanari).Things are going well at first, however not long after, the sample collection extractor at the clinic breaks down and she is forced to resort to other means to perform the extractions so that she may collect enough genetic material to continue her research and meet the quota the WWHA has set for the clinic...Help Claire research mutations observed in the citizens of, Glory Town, and solve the mystery of the "Global Mutations Crisis!"

v0.5.3.8 Hotfix 2 Seems like there was a critical game-breaking bug that was left out of the most recent bugfix. There were only a couple things that needed to be addressed but I will be pinning this build as the latest Bugs Skills would not be available randomly. Will still keep a lookout for this one! v0.5.3.7 Hotfix Changes NPC quests only become available upon reaching day 25 Balances Randomness of sample collection amount Reduced the cooldown of Kate's bakery Increased amount that Cream Puff heals back Players now get +10 Mood upon completing an NPC quest Inspect skill now has a chance of gaining more than 1 fragment! (1, 2, or 3) Bugs Some players would get stuck on a black screen which made it impossible to proceed The 2nd quota's mutation would be missing intermittently. Found to be a race condition Optimizations Reduced the amount of renders for Claire's sprite in the clinic caused by a shader (Moderate boost) Removed old error handling that is not applicable Made it so that most system messages are available when using "Dev mode" v0.5.3.5 New Class: Masochist & The "Stress" Mechanic The new Science-based Masochist class brings a high-risk, high-reward playstyle. Managing your Stress gauge is the key playstyle. New Skills: Overthink, Atone (gains +1 Stress if a patient finishes), and Punish. Stress Management: You can now gain Stress whenever Mood is lost. Every point of Stress grants a +2% chance to hit a "Weak Spot" and a +5% chance to trigger "Eureka!" (boosting research by +1 tier). Succeeding in an experiment relieves 5 Stress. Therapist Questline: I've added new conditions and a class choice for Masochist and Harlot. Clinic Upgrades Weak & Sweet Spots: Landing a "Weak Spot" (Science-based) deals 2x endurance damage, while a "Sweet Spot" (Stress-based) delivers a massive 4x multiplier, complete with special damage number effects. Mini-bosses New Mini-Boss Portraits: New pixel art portraits for Lory, Wiliford, and Bathory! The mini-boss system will be getting more love in the next update! NPC Quests NPC Quests: The quest system is fully live! You can now take on up to 3 active quests at a time. For now, the NPCs are simply flagged by a red color but there will be visual improvement of this in the coming updates. Quality of Life Updates Players do not have to treat patients every day now Notifications at home to let players know of optional events or when they must go into the clinic. Game Balance Patient scaling has been replaced with new algorithm. What that scales partially with the number of days. More details to come. Multipliers across all moves and skills have been adjusted for a smoother gameplay curve. v0.5.1.1 Cheat Menu An option in the Pause menu (a layer in the Town map layout) that players are able to use to adjust stats/parameters/etc. which will be accessible after players gain access to skills/mutations (Day 24) Fixes Skip To End Button Effort: Mini-boss needs to be fixed. Proper flags and events are not being triggered. v0.5.0.13 Clinic : Quota: Autosave not set for beginning of Quota #4. Shop : Kate and Claire dialogue: Portraits were set incorrectly Move : Satisfy: Satisfy unlocked after only 4 patients in one day rather than 6. Skill : Squat. Fixed. Was set to the incorrect mutation. Now will be learned after getting ROCK_STEADY to Tier 4 Requirements Skill : Pleasure. Fixed. 'Patients seen:' is always '3', no matter the actual amount of patients seen, either by it being more using pleasure or it being a special patient. Skill : (NEW) Feel. To make up for the previous blunder, I have added a new skill "Feel". See the menu for unlock conditions Day 6 : Dialogue grammar. Day 53 : Miniboss Tutorial During the tutorial for special patients it shows the image of a random patient and not Lory's. Note: For now, I have left the finish animation out. Will consider putting it in after I have done planning for future updates. Pushed back Clinic: Smegma When using 'calm down' on a patient with smegma the first time, the smegma sprite is layered on top of Claire's sprite. Clean has the same problem. Skip to End Button : Skip to end of content button. When players press this, they are fast-forwarded to the end of content and into the sandbox mode. v0.4.0.8 Major Updates Class System (3 New Animations!) First class released, "The Harlot". Accessible after completing Belle's Quests. Belle, the Therapist New Location. Claire has found a therapist with help from Jane. Her location is available after completing the 3rd quest. Minor Updates (Pushed back) Unlockable skill via Kate's Shop: Snacks! Delay in the artwork caused this one to be pushed back D: Although the animation has been finished, it's cutting a bit close to put this in the current update. It will be in the next update as I didn't want to push this one back any further. Besides the fact that Claire is naked, it's not an NSFW skill so don't be too bummed! Clinic: Wall Cum Stains Because "Snacks!" was pushed back, I decided to implement cum stains in the clinic instead! There will be increasing amounts of cum stains on the wall based on the number of patients that Claire can make finish. Aura effects on certain moves (It's 2026, you just gotta have auras...) Implemented an "Aura system" that can be applied to skills/actions. The first one that has one is the Harlot's "Pleasure" skill Clinic: Patient "Finish" Threshold Added a small indicator on the Endurance bar to show when they'll finish. General refactoring for previous systems Dialogue, Sounds, Pause Menu Bug Fixes Fixed a bug where sometimes players couldn't accumulate mutation fragments for Quest #2. Fixed a bug where the "Tolerance" stat wasn't displaying properly in the load menu of the start screen. v0.3.1.17 N/A v0.2.0 Hotfix Deployment — Technical Changelog Fixes and Updates Implemented Added mobile-friendly version (Beta) Implemented new Town Map artwork Enabled adjustable sound settings Applied multiple dialogue corrections (primarily punctuation and formatting) Fixed tutorial guide display being cut off in the pause menu Resolved an issue where user input could skip full animations Added an option to enable or disable mouse-click skip behavior Platform Support v1.0 alpha initial zone release

Based on V 0.5.1.1, so the review is a slightly outdated Overall: 4/5 Gameplay: 2.5/5 Story: 3/5 Hentai: 5/5 (Not much atm though) Art in general: 5/5 The gameplay has a very good foundation, but the additional mechanics need rework The base gameplay is jerking off patients and gathering material, easy enough, no issue. However, in order to relieve stress early game, you need to use the bakery slot minigame, which also happens to be your main way to increase stats in general, so you're forced to choose between stress relieve or stat increases. This is fine, but you're practically forced to play the slot minigame every day to improve stats/relieve stress. I recommend to just randomize the gains, while allowing players to choose what to gain. Essentially, fast-tracking this entire section. Additionally, you can research perks. In order to do so, you need to analyse special patients to gain perk-specific research points. This is all fine and dandy, but there are a lot of perks, not to mention that researching perks can fail, so it's an epically slow drag to research perks . Additionally, the analyse is a skill in the main game, so you can't use your other skills for the same patients. What I'd change is this: Major change: Analysing/gathering research points is linked to a stat and is automatically collected, therefore skipping the entire skill issue QoL: If above suggestion is not implemented, at least allow us to see current points and current perk level for said patient's attribute Minor change: Make the perk levels/costs in stages, eg: Perk level 4 requires you to research perk level 3 first. This should decrease hoarding. Makes more sense if you already played the game. At my current game version, the research part can be ignored pretty much , as it has nearly 0 impact on actual gameplay. There's one quest to create a perk, but that one is fast-tracked during the quest. The story has a mildly interesting plot, but the characters could have a little more side stories The game could use some additional gameplay in other parts of the city, to open up more lore reveals/new characters/ministories. The porn is sexy, if limited The porn carries hard, despite faults in the story and gameplay. Pixel stuff tends to be surprisingly high quality. The pixel art is good It reminds me of old RPG games, so I am biased here. The light shine/shadows can be a little extreme though.

As of 0.5.3.5 it is unplayable. Let's get to the root of the problems: 1. You choose in the options "Click to advance animations -> no" and it doesn't work. Moreover, you will have to click another time to end the animation and advance the turn. then another click to select the skills menu and another for a skill, that may or may not work. After than, you will have to click to exit the Med building, then click for Home and Click to end the day, then Click to exit the house, click to enter the Med and click to start the working day. No, the mini-menu at home doesn't work, it simply shows "what is available this day". To sum it up, the amount of clicking you have to do has to be drastically reduced: - Dedicated buttons to go to work/store from home, from store to work and from work to home - Skills menu stays open all the time. 2. Random. If you don't get Wet + 2 handjobs for your actions (and it happens pretty regularly), you won't meet your quota and it's a Game Over. 3. Store doesn't work. Initially, you have an option to visit buffs store for stats and mood refill every 3-4 days. At most you can get 8 mood back, which is not enough... by far.... And every other option, simply doesn't give you the stats it is supposed to give. 4. Mood. Performing actions on your patients lowers your mood. The lower the Mood, the lower your chances of casting the skills. If you fail even 1 skill from the sequence of Wet + Handjob + Handjob/Lick, you won't be able to make the patient Cum. (The damage from your actions is supposed to increase with stat gains, but Store doesn't work at all, and natural increases come far too slow to keep up with the demand) In other words, it leads you to a Game Over screen. Then, there are skills (lots of them), that farther reduce your Mood, but not enough ways to regain your Mood. As it is, it would be better to remove mood at all, or make it refill completely at the beginning of a new day. Yes, all the way to 100%. ------------------------ P.S. The only good thing about the game right now is the Premise of the story and the models or Dicks and MC, although simplistic and minimalistic. Would have really loved the Dev to play this game, so that we wouldn't have to tell him to fix the most obvious problems, that happen, quite literally, 1 minute into the game. P.P.S. It would be nice to advance dialogues with Enter, chose the actions with Arrows and be able to turn off those long-ass fade-outs, that bring exactly nothing into the story.

Pros: Good idea, nice gameplay and mechanics, nice visuals (for a modified RPGM engine), a nice variety in actions, game bosses, writing Cons: bugs - a lot of them. I encountered atleast 4 of them, 2 of which game braking. Needs better quest definition. Either do something for 10 days or gain 100ml, or whichever comes first, but not both. Working is fine, but not much happens at home. I hope it improves a lot with time, because it can be a quite fun game!

This review is for v0.5.3.5 So I actually started off by playing the public v0.4 that is found through the Online link, and I am glad I did, because it gave me a really good glimpse at how the development of this game is going...unfortunately it is not going well. Needless padding, needless difficulty, needless grinding, needless failure rates for experiments that are ridiculously unbalanced like Xcom levels of BS (the number of 90%+ tests I failed is ridiculous) and a bunch of needless bloat that is infecting the game intentionally to pad the runtime while they add very little to the game. V0.4 admittedly had a lot less than v0.5.3.5 in the animation department, but what it did have is daily bakery trips which were (and still are) essential to being able to enjoy the game, because without them you will lose mood faster than it naturally replenishes, which will increase the rate the character refuses to perform tasks, which will constantly increase the rate at which you will fail to gather samples, which will lead to you not only failing to gain the resources you need to do experiments, but will also result in you failing to meet the sperm quota for the "month" (I put month in quotations because not a single quota is a month long, they are all only two or so weeks at best). Unfortunately, while v0.5.3.5 has more animations, they are hard locked behind progression of both the story and your skills AND your mutations AND your story based class, so for the majority of playtime currently, you will only see handjobs and mild licking until you get to the END of current content, at which point you get access to blowjobs and for some reason also sex (kind of a huge jump narratively). There's also an issue in that they made the bakery trips a one per week thing, and if you don't focus it entirely on regaining mood, you WILL fail to meet quota purely because your character refuses to do anything. Every action consumes mood until you unlock a class, which only happens after the end of current content, which is fucking stupid. So basically you are forced to abuse the "cheats" in order to play the game, and even with cheats it is an extremely tedious process of repetition that completely kills the mood of the game. Then there's a narrative issue with the game where characters appear, you apparently have a past relationship with them, and then it just continues onward from there, leaving you feeling like you completely missed out on a whole event. Moving onto the events, holy fucking clicking and skipping issues batman, the sheer amount of clicking you have to do is incredibly stupid. You have to click when a sound plays because that apparently counts as dialogue, you have to click to progress the text, you have to click to end the text, you have to click to confirm that the text has ended, you then have to click to confirm that you want to continue to the next text box, and then it just repeats constantly. There are a few skip options at every dialogue, but guess what, they are completely pointless or just straight up BAD. You have the option to skip to the boss of the current chapter, which would skip 90% of current content and plot, or to skip to the end of the chapter, which would skip 100% of current content, then you have the final skip option, which doesn't skip the current dialogue, it just skips some arbitrary chunk of dialogue without actually taking you to the end of the whole event. It's just extremely tedious and buggy that makes the whole game feel like it has just been vibe coded with AI rather than actually put together by a person who actually cares about the project, or by someone who forgot that they are making a porn game, not a cash cow. 3/5 for the animation because while nice, they are very repetitive and never change or update based on anything, but I would give it a 1/5 for everything else, especially since a core focused fetish of the dev is the disgusting fat ugly bastard fetish, complete with smegma galore and topped off with an addiction to hidden RNG mechanics. Literally the instant I saw the General character I knew how this game is going to go in the end, and I don't feel like vomiting, so I probably won't play it once that becomes the final boss of the game.

Animation is OK, but the gameplay, while inspired, is repetitive & uninteresting. Variety of scenes is super limited and you just see the same thing over and over again. The mood system is horrible and you basically need to use the cheat menu included (but not explained how to get to, and I didn't expect ESC to do it because that was controlling player movement around the different zones) to complete even the 2nd quest.
Hellpnotme 2026-08-24
Pretty good! A bit repetitive but coupled with the lovely animation and visuals this is still a treat. Although the story eludes me somewhat, you are a doctor tasked with collecting "gene material" from the futanari populace of the town. The people are futanari because of reasons, and the futanaris are a bit rapey because of reasons. Thats pretty much all you need to know since the gameplay after is essentially a gloryhole battle stamina management sim (?) , where you need to make the patients cum to meet the weekly-ish quota. Firstly, i did use the cheat option to smooth out my progression, spending the first few weeks just doing handjobs got stale, and i simply wanted to see other stuff. But from what i can gather the whole gameplay loop is... fine? You have 3 actions per patient and your actions are pretty much random. You could get 3 sex acts in a row and make them cum easily, or you get shafted and get 2 "ew"s and a spit. Its not particularly a straightforward gloryhole blowjob sandbox sim as id hoped, but unlocking more sex actions would presumably help the whole loop out, since you would be doing this a LOT. The progression helps the game out in this regard too. I found myself trying to quickly get the new sex positions just to see her sprite do something else, and was subsequently satisfied to see how good it looked. I could see how your mood can drastically effect your whole campaign however, i didn't really find a consistent and effective way to replenish your mood aside from the bakery? And that renews every week or so. Without the cheat menu, i just wouldn't see our lovely doctor suck the patients' dicks. The writing is suprisingly fun and competent. Liked the therapist, and the dynamic between you and the assistant is cute! Slightly disapppointed to see that your husband stopped showing up after a bit? Adding a little cuck element to her seemed logical with the way the story was going, and ykno maybe they'll add that later. Overall, love the game. Would like to see more sex actions and looking forward to more updates!

In the olden days (few years ago), a certain game was put onto this site, and gave us all a really fun spin on a management/sim glory hole game and it promised us a very involved game. Then it went into radio silence and was abandoned. This game is a spiritual successor to that. Without the random gibberish, this is a game that takes a lot of inspiration from On Edge, and to some extent it succeeds. The art is lovely and the gamepaly loop is fun albeit a bit too simple for my taste. It's just a demo, there isnt too much here, but things that are here, it's pretty high quality in terms of CGs. The game is set up in a way where there could be endless amunt of different positions and "classes" could be added all with their own unique gamepaly style. We'll see where it goes. So far, I think it's definitely worth a shot, if you dont like it, still give it a try, its short enough that it wont take too much of a commitment from you.
FooFita 2026-06-09
as of v0.4.0.8 , the game is pretty boring and tedious. It gets 2 stars cuz the 2 animations i saw were nice. The core gameplay revolves around balancing her mood and extracting cum from patients to fulfill quota. The lower it gets, the higher chance of her refusing to do what you tell her to. Performing actions reduces her mood and the only way to restore it is to end the day (restores VERY little) or play some boring asf bread minigame and try and get the right pastry. game was a snooze to play, i wouldn't recommend it rn, even if it's just to view the animations.

Amazing idea, cool gameplay mechanic. Awesome art style and character design!! Remarkable kink choices ; ) Overall is one of the most promising projects i have ever seen Plus Dev is so cool and open to suggestions in the development My only complaint is that i want more content as soon as possible XD, but masterpiece takes time
epictrollfan 2026-06-09
impossible to give a proper review for an unfinished demo. however the project looks very promising and it's worth trying. only real downside, aside from it being unfinished, is that the gameplay loop is a little cryptic. the optimal way to play is not apparent at all, so you can just kind of pick whatever and figure it out by trial and error. it's not a huge problem, as it currently doesn't matter if you do poorly, or if you succeed. but the demo is enough to get an idea of how it's supposed to work in a complete game, as well as how it's supposed to look. both are promising, make it a good demo.

Gameplay: 6/10 CG/H-Content Art Quality: 9/10 CG/H-Content Itself: 5/10 Story: 7/10 (I enjoy the idea of the futa crisis being due to mutations, and the wife/husband being clueless about her clinic activities is shockingly not a sickening feeling like some NTR can give it's actually kind of interesting because it's cheating but morally grey.) The Good: There are around 3-5 CG Animations that are quite high quality and fit really well into the gameplay setting without feeling like it's forced or repetitive. The gameplay is fun despite how repetitive it may seem, and I look forward to the new skills we'll be able to unlock to improve it in the future. Overall whole game can be completed within like an hour or so currently so it's not the worst way to spend your night but if you passed on this one until more content was out I don't think I'd blame you. The Bad: The bakery shop feels so unfun of a mechanic to base your stat upgrades on. On top of that stats don't feel very strong either? I had around 40-44 Technique in my run (pre-statcap) and I mean it helped a bit but not nearly as much as it should've for the amount of gambling and grinding required to get it that high. Mood system can be a bit annoying at times but I don't hate it, I just think other methods to helping it go up other than the shop would be nice. Final Score: 4/5 Excited to see more from this one its actually quite good art wise.
Elderskull 2026-03-08
Very nice pixelated management game. The early game in the demo can be a bit tough, since the stat gains are very rng dependant. Once you get over the initial hurdle it becomes amusing finding and using the different mutations. Looking forward to future updates and the potential of classes. It certainly helps that the animations are quite hot.
Jacksassv1 2026-03-06
Great so far! While it still feels early in development, especially as the story only has a few missions so far and not a lot of interaction with your partner, there's a lot of potential for this to end up being one of the best games out there.
tmobilesony 2026-03-04
Am a big fan of the On Edge gameplay so was awesome to have some of that here in Genes of Glory. The story is intriguing and character is hot. Animations are pretty good. Am excited to see where this goes!
CesspoolOfLove 2026-01-10
Not too much to do currently as it is still in the 'tech demo' phase, but what is there is a lot of fun. I personally think the pixel art is very pretty and I am looking forward to all the different scenes we get our MC in. I think that the current happiness hits vs how long it takes to get happiness back via the shop are a bit rough, but I understand that the dev wants the game to reflect how the character would actually feel in this situation. I recommend giving this game a try, or at least setting it as a watched game and come back in a few months once the dev starts adding the story elements.
AreoAnn 2025-11-21
Oh my God, finally the theme of the game is interesting to me! So, so far, this is a very story-oriented demo. And the demo is pretty raw. But now it's a game with the right mindset and great graphics. First of all, I am writing this review for two reasons: so that people understand that this is a technical demo, and not a full-fledged game. And the second reason is the hope to convey to the developer the idea: So far, each patient is a couple of clicks, and there are only three such patients per day. The gameplay cycle is too short. This game needs patient care to be more skill-dependent and focused. Let's play the game, cope and lose, and not just click on luck. Give the gameplay its time.
Candy1970 2025-11-20
the graphics are awful the movements are mechanical .. the options are limited to say the least the UI is clunky the poster mentioned "on edge" this game unfortunately falls way short of that. I suggest the dev play it though to get ideas I know its a Demo but the is no way it deserves 5 stars at this point There is no way to upgrade extractions yet and the 80's style pixel graphics are a turn off I get what the dev is trying to do but at this point it does not hit that mark
vieparlashah 2025-11-19
As a fan of the unfortunately abandoned On Edge game, I'm very excited for the Genes of Glory. The game has a huge amount of potential, right now favoring an almost Starmaker Story AI pixel render look. I'm not sure if the game has AI, but I couldn't care less. There's a decent game loop in here, as of 1.0 Alpha it's totally bare bones however. I think with fully fleshed out progression mechanics, similar to Succum Brewery or Karryn's Prison, there's a lot of ground this game can cover. The potential for outfits, styles, techniques, passives, actives, items, "enemy" rarity mechanics, achievements and challenges (I think controlling stats to get different endings, reactions, etc similar to Karryn's Prison could be really interesting!) etc. is massive. Definitely one for the watchlist. And let me end this by thanking the dev for not making it RPGM...!
