Ghost Marriage Matchmaking [v1.1.1.6] The game has many hours of content, although it has quite a few repetitive elements, which makes some of this content somewhat monotonous. The gameplay, music, sound and graphics are very well done and in the technical section the game performs perfectly and without bugs. The story is not bad, but sometimes it gets tired of so much text, part of the story I skipped it because it did not bring anything really interesting. I find the exploration part extremely boring and I think they could have easily removed it and focused more on the other aspects of the game. In the H section you have uncensored images of very good quality, although the variety and quantity of scenes is quite weak, also, it would be nice to have a button to unlock the gallery, even after finishing the game, because replaying it to get everything is a bit tiring. Of the Eternal Alice games I find it one of the weakest, but it's still a good game and I recommend trying it. I give this game a 7.3 out of 10.
It's pretty good but fails to be great the concept of helping ghosts recover from their trauma is interesting and the characters are cute personality and art wise The first route is good feels complete it's sympathetic but still pretty light and cute there's nothing to complain about. The second route is far more serious to start with her past being way more fucked up and traumatic I felt genuinely sad reading it, but then it felt kind of rushed the pacing was a lil weird the writing goes from very serious to pretty low stakes with little transition and the route sort of just ends without any real conclusion. Genuinely believe they ran out of ideas or dev time with this route as it felt less inspired with every scene. The minigames and management stuff is kinda cute relatively entertaining but brainless and easy I was engaged by it but I would of prob got bored if the game was longer than a few hours. It also felt a bit unfinished as some things seem to do literally nothing. 7/10 cute short game with a nice concept
Excellent game. Let's get into it. Story: The story is... nicely written. The stories of the two girls in this game are similar, but not entirely alike, so it's not as if all problems in the world are caused by the same source. Though they are sort of, since both of these women die due to men, though for different reasons. Pornography: Well drawn, well varied. Excellent taste. It does get a bit weird when you realize you're fucking ghosts, and it feels a bit in poor taste when you realize that it might be a bit in poor taste since both of them died with some resentment towards the idea of sex, but well... This is a porn game, can't really avoid it. Gameplay: The gameplay is surprisingly good. You have to play a bunch of minigames to balance a bunch of bars. You can also spend stamina on exploring the open-world, but I was too into my job to actually complete the areas. There are special scenes you can only get by doing things outside too, so my biggest piece of advice is to always spend your extra stamina on searching around. As long as the girls have enough spiritual power to remain manifest, you're good to slack off as much as you like. Though it seems like there would be grinding, there isn't that much, to be honest. By wisely using items, you can relieve a lot of the burden of the game. Anyway, if there's anything I wish I saw in this game... Alternate outfits? Or more proper gifts, I suppose. A mechanic of the game is burning items to give to the ghost girls, one of them being burial lingerie(kinda morbid), but there aren't any actual alt outfits aside from their demonized and normal forms. Edit: Browsed the forum. Why the fuck do people think this game is so hard? Unless you're grinding for Luna's panties, money is the least of your issues? The girls can just sit around for a day, and unless you're spending your stamina like an idiot and chugging the wine that gives you 15000 spiritual power in exchange for 30 stamina like a fucking idiot, you should have plenty of stamina and time to clear this game. Protip: Don't drink the fucking wine. The stuff that gives you 75 stamina for 30 is fine, but the wine is just a trap. It doesn't do shit. Also, burn Joss paper, it gives you more stamina. Only burn Play Ghost if you're desperate and they're really dying but you don't have stamina but do have plenty of spiritual power, because that shit goes hard.
Review for [v1.1.1.6] (I played this game twice, once a year ago and yesterday after the vague update) Story 4/5: Cool, it starts with your naive boss that for some reason prefers to give you a blowjob rather than give you 2 days off, I enjoyed reading what she has to say. Then you will meet the blonde girl who is cute and ignoring her for the whole time was funny, but you better save when the choices appear so you won't need to go all the way back to this point. I have not met the black haired girl yet, I guess you need to finish your business with Dai'er first before seeing her (that's just my guess.) and it won't take long if you know what you are doing. Gameplay 4.5/5: The gameplay starts at day 4 with tutorials until day 6 then they will let you go. First time I played the game I was stressing out, but when I came back to the game it turns out to be pretty easy if you knew how the game mechnaics works. Spoiler: How to win If you lost it probably because you over used "cleanse" it converts your power to her, so let's say if you trying to give her 20k and you have 70k you will end up with 50k so you lost 20k, do it again and you will have 30k and no way you can win with that amount. Use the Item "Ghost play" through "burn" instead. The key to win is to take advantage of how buffs & debuffs works. Your spirit power will decrease 5000 every turn, lucky if you achieved perfect in spiritual training it will give you 5000 for 2 turns which balance things out. That brings you to the shop, going outside won't cost you turns so you can go and back with no worries. The thing you must know is that buffs/debuffs doesn't stacks meaning if you bought two of that drink which increase your spiritual power by 15k with debuff of 30 less stamina next time you rest you will get 30k and only one debuff because it doesn't stack. Exploit the shop regarding stamina because the more days passing by the more the ghost spirit will runs out so make sure to do all the things in one day and don't fucus on "resonate" and "cleanse" it will come naturally focus on your money and that she dosn't drop so much of her power and more importantly focus in raisng your own power and you will win in no time. If you're curious, save scum and go explore the park mini game there is some good stuff hiding there that hugely increase favorability and decrease hatred. Sometimes if you reload too much there is a chance to find Luna selling you stuff from the shop, it is good if you have money and the shop is empty. (Psst, you can exploit that to get a lot of stamina because she can show up again randomly by RNG, just reload too many times and you will find her again.) Personally, I go to the park if I want to get the full benefits from the buffs before they run out. I hope that helped. Tl; dr: The game is easy, all you need is to git gud and you will enjoy it if you love to have some challenge with good mini games. I recommended it for the new gameplay experience.
Yeah, it is a good game, comparable to their other stuff like Jerez's arena. I haven't play the game to the end tho. + CG: So so. No astonishingly, not bad either. But yeah, the anatomy of the girl is little bit inaccurate, as the other has pointed out, but I don't know since I haven't seen one in real life (since I am an average F95 user lol) + The dialogue: yep, it's well written. The tsundere-ness of the first girl really put a smile on my face. The line is adorable and wholesome. The voice is surprisingly good for an H-game. + Gameplay: Complex and not fun, not straightforward like Jerez's arena. In fact, my playthrough stop short because the game is so hard that I get a game over lol.
At first I thought this was a good and polished game with everything someone could ask for. The gameplay was interesting, the minigames were pretty fun, Diane was likeable and the story overall was entertaining. That's why I can't wrap my head around how the game became less and less enjoyable the further I progressed. Spoiler: Review When it comes to the good things, I'd say the VAs are good and the game does a very good job at portraying the intimacy and chemistry between MC and Diane. The storyline is interesting, but that's where the caveat is. If you play this for the porn, you're doing it wrong. Diane's storyline has good fap material, but Yuan's storyline takes a huge left. More on that later. The art is average. Not excellent, average . The anatomy is pretty bad, which is very noticeable when the game is uncensored. I'd rather have the game censored, because it's a bit difficult to get aroused by something that clearly doesn't look like a vagina. I give credit where credit is due, though. The FFM content is good because the girls actually touch and kiss each other. Now, as for the negative things, there are quite a few, and some are worse than others. Diane's VA is awkward during sex scenes, and this is very noticeable. The translation is readable but wonky. Many liberties were taken with the TL, some sentences even being rewritten completely. If you understand basic eroge Japanese, reading some of these lines will be quite jarring and distracting. The game portrays sounds by using asterisks instead of actually writing the sound. Example: *airy sounds of love juice*. Yes, it's written like that. This example wasn't taken straight from the game, but that's the structure. The game does that all the time and it's very awkward to read. It's the least arousing thing possible. Yuan opens her heart to MC way too fast considering her traumas. The game tries way too hard to pass the MC as a shameless bastard. It comes off very forced and unnatural. His humor is awful but endearing when it fits the situation . What actually annoys me are his values. This goofy goober unorinically says, "I know nothing about love. I just like having sex," right after trying to pimp out a girl who's in love with him. And mind you, he knows that Diane has feelings for him, and he basically leads her on before doing a complete 180 and trying to hook her up with another guy. She goes to the place expecting a date with him, but instead he leaves her and calls the guy in question. Unsurprisingly, Diane is pretty pissed, and those words I just quoted are what he thinks in the moment. And no, that little conflict has no resolution either. Diane says that she doesn't want to love him anymore, then they have sex, and it's like it never happened. MC doesn't develop as a character either. It's infuriating. Yuan's storyline is when things take a weird turn, and I mean that in the worst way possible. The game gets depressing, but it's very sudden. The tonal whiplash is very fucking strong, and I'm not exaggerating. Yuan's story starts off depressing, then it gets more depressing, then the drama piles up, and what ensues can only be described as the trope "Trauma Conga Line." And mind you, most of Yuan's sex scenes happen during this period, and you watch it all through the perspective of the scummy men who took advantage of her, and those scenes are put directly between scenes that are heavily charged with dark themes such as abuse, prostitution, infidelity, abandonment, imprisonment, self-loathing, self-destruction, stalking, etc. If you can fap to any of those scenes, you're a trooper. Oh, and mind you, the protagonist never drops the childish humor during the heavy parts of the game. He lacks even the most basic human decency, which the writer probably thought was quirky, but is actually just baffling to watch. The worst of all, however, is how the tonal whiplash comes out of nowhere again , making things lighter for a while, but then it hits you again by suddenly doubling down on the heavy subjects. This is not good writing. This is disrespectful to the reader and shows a great lack of care for coherent storytelling. Oh, but the actual worst is yet to come. You might be asking, "Okay, but how does the story wrap itself up, then?" Answer: It doesn't. HAHA, yes, there is no ending . I'm not talking about an abrupt ending or a bad ending. I'm talking about the game giving you a sex scene that ends just like any other, then kicking you back to the title screen. I played this thing for many hours and got invested for the sole sake of knowing what happens in the end, and the only thing I found was confusion that soon turned into indignation. As for the gameplay, it's very easy to softlock yourself during Yuan's storyline at multiple points, and this isn't even a bug; it's literally how the game was designed. The game has three separate autosave slots as a way to remedy this awful game design, but that doesn't change the fact that you might end up having to replay entire days again while mentally calculating how much spirit energy Yuan will have after you rest and resonate when the game forces you to. The game is also completely unbalanced in some areas, so it relies on certain buffs to balance things out and allow you to progress. It just feels like the game is constantly dictating what you should be doing next. If you choose to play a different way, you'll lose. There's a pair of panties in the shop that cost $99999. It's implied that they belong to Luna, they have no description, and this is by far the most expensive item in the game (other items cost around $800, $1000 and $2000). Needless to say, I was curious about what the panties would give me. I was half expecting a sex scene with Luna, but... no. All I got was 100k spirit energy (a lot) and full stamina. I mean, this is good and it did save my ass towards the end, but then again, my ass wouldn't need to be saved if I had spent that obscene amount of money on other items instead. You have no idea how difficult it was to accumulate enough money for those panties while managing Yuan's spirit level. I basically played the game on hard mode for nothing. I've never felt so clowned on while playing a game. Seriously, this is just disgusting. There's also a game-breaking bug where cleansing (best way to quickly give spirit energy to the ghost) does nothing, and I mean nothing . This can very easily give you a game over immediately, and that's if you're lucky. If you encounter this bug without getting a game over immediately and don't realize that her spirit energy didn't increase, then congratulations, you just wasted your cleanse and your last autosave is now useless. Have fun replaying the last two days. Seriously, it's like this game tries to insult the player in every way possible. The text you've already read also doesn't register properly. It only counts the text you've read up to your latest save, so if you reach a certain point without saving and then realize you just got softlocked, you can't even skip the text after loading your save. You'll have to mash the left mouse button. Surprisingly, there is no New Game+, which completely kills the replay value of a game that desperately needs a New Game+ in order to make the gameplay tolerable enough for you to get a CG that you missed. Last but not least, I have to give my personal opinion about a few things: Spoiler: Disgruntled Rant This game is pretty retarded with its subject matter. At some point the protagonist—and by extension, the writer—makes his values known by talking about how sex is stigmatized in a way that makes promiscuous women look bad. Then he starts talking about how sex is a beautiful thing when both people consent, and how it doesn't reduce a woman's value. I mean, he's not wrong, but then he proceeds to put regular sex with a significant other on the same level as things like casual sex, sex with teachers, orgies and prostitution (which is funny because the game later depicts prostitution in a very ugly light). The game tells you that sex is a beautiful thing, but it makes Diane a virgin despite being in college. It makes a big deal about Yuan giving her anal virginity to the protagonist. It portrays every man besides the protagonist as a lying, evil, rapey, abusive, dangerous douchebag. At some point the MC does some dirty talk by asking how often Luna gives blowjobs to her coworkers, insinuating that such a thing would be depraved. The MC also says that he can tell Diane is innocent because of her bad kissing skills, implying that she wouldn't be innocent if she knew how to kiss. He also says that Diane's innocent reactions prove that she's not a slut, implying that a non-innocent reaction would make her a slut. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not pushing some sex-positive drivel against "slut-shaming" or whatever. I'm doing the opposite. I'm calling out the inconsistencies of the bullshit values that this game tries to shove down your throat. I'm happy that Yuan was still an anal virgin and gave that first time of hers to the player. Her asshole is basically the only place left untouched by her ugly past, so one could even argue that this marks her rebirth as a clean slate. I just can't help but wonder why the writer felt the need to include that when he so fiercely believes that "sex is a beautiful thing," even if it's prostitution. Oh, and of course Yuan was still an anal virgin despite having slept with countless men and even prostituted herself. Surely that wasn't contrived as a way to preserve some kind of purity in her, right? The writing is hypocritical and never self-aware, and I'll tell you why. It's because this game is just some huge nice guy/simp propaganda. Here are some lines taken straight from the game, word-by-word, said by the protagonist: "I will never treat a woman like this" "I don't like it when someone treats a woman like this" "I hate it when someone treats a woman like this" "I even want to kill someone who treats a woman like this" Yes, those lines were said one after the other in the same segment. To this protagonist, it's all about the women. It's not about having the basic decency of not treating a human like trash. It's about how women are like flowers that should be protected at all costs. He would never hit a woman either, because he's just such a nice guy. Seriously, what's with eastern eroge writers and their cringeworthy obsession with being the SupremeGentleman™? It's so pathetic and sickening. The game will go to great lengths to show how the protagonist is the only decent guy around despite him having zero redeeming qualities besides being stereotypically "kind." He's still creepy, childish and borderline sociopathic. Also, what's with this studio and their obsession with writing stories where you pimp your girls out? Maybe the writer has some kind of fear of commitment due to some trauma of his own. Seriously, would it hurt them to make a game where you play as something other than a stinking pile of shit? And why does everyone in the universe of this story put so much pressure on these two girls to be constantly looking for a relationship? Is it a crime for them to be single? Do single people go to hell in this universe? Am I missing some lore here? Holy shit, it's genuinely obnoxious, and I find it especially heartless in Yuan's case. Her life was ruined by awful men who only took advantage of her. She lost everything and even went to jail. She was permanently scarred by the abuse, lies and sheer evilness of these men, but her friends, family and even the protagonist want to fix all of her issues by... finding her a man. Oh, but a good one, of course, because we all know how people are always what they seem at first. And we all know how love heals all wounds, right? Your life was ruined by your bad luck in romance? Just find a new partner who can give you some dick lmao. Seriously, this is genuinely repulsive, and not once does the game seem aware of that. Feel free to disregard my rant. I just felt like blowing off some steam after playing this shit. That being said, the game is still not worth your time. It's simply not a finished product, if you ask me. The storyline ultimately goes nowhere and the whole matchmaking service is left in a limbo. It's implied that Yuan accepted the matchmaking service, which is just infuriating. That is not what she needs in her current state, but I'll start rambling again if I don't stop now. This game doesn't respect the player and it clearly needed some extra time in the oven. But hey, if nothing I said was enough to dissuade you, then go right ahead. It's possible to enjoy this game, and there's nothing wrong with that. I'm just here to inform.
Just... excellent, a really nice game that I spent about 10 hours to play it. Gameplay is very fun, and will become harder when you progress the story, I really enjoy those minigames, especially the spirit training. The art is excellent, animation is good, and the most important part is the voice, I really like Diane's voice, omg, I didnt expect to hear a pretty voice like that in a H game. Stat management is not too hard but can take you down if you didnt pay attention. Thanks to the auto save function, it saved my ass alot. And waifus too. Just too cute, and pretty, well-developed character and interesting stories about their past, everything is worth my playtime Definitely 10/10
