Functionality:
1. Narrative. Narrative is how Karder views the world and the source of his ambition. The Narrative is *only* used in certain conversations and is *never* a deciding factor on whether the player will have access to lewd scenes on any content. I created this mechanism so players could approach Karder in different ways and for me to be able to explore Karder's personality a little deeper than "mine! want it!".
If Karder's Narrative is *Benign*, Karder sees his goal to become the Khan as an effort to prevent the chaos and bloodshed caused by the disintegration of the khaganate. He also remembers his late father fondly and has a softer attitude towards fatherhood.
If Karder's Narrative is *Vengeful*, Karder is out to get what's his and woe to anyone who stands in his way. He was wronged, and he wants revenge. In Vengeful mood Karder sees his late father as a weak ruler and wishes to become his opposite.
Narrative is governed by Fame. When Fame is high, the Narrative will automatically switch to benign and when it is very negative, it switches to Vengeful. Again: whichever Narrative the game is on, you can always still choose *any* path you want, Dominance or Seduction. If Karder is in a benign mood, some of his text will be displayed in *green*. If he is vengeful, some of his text will be displayed in *red*.
2. Achievements: new achievements for all Fame levels, an achievement if you manage to achieve all Fame levels in one game aptly called Fickle and achievements if you use all Shadow Institute functions in all your fiefdoms.
3. Music: music now plays in the world map as well. It changes based on the Narrative you're currently playing
4. VN Mode: now toggles off 1:1 RPS combat

- This is the second largest release ever
- MK2 combat - a brand new way to fight army Vs. army fights! I did not write a tutorial for it yet, so if you want to experiment you’ll have to do some guessing (though it’s pretty straightforward, I think). MK2 combat can be toggled off in the game’s settings. In the near future, I intend to flesh out this system with Wenches and/or buildings giving different bonuses to armies.
- Skip 5 turns: one of the less fun aspects of running the map game was the need to excessively click “next turn”. In this version I have added another button which skips 5 turns but breaks the skipping if something important happens. You will find you now do more actual managing and less turn skipping.
- Tentative: Achievements. I intend to add Achievements to the final 0.11 Steam release of March 1. They are not currently in the version (actually one test Achievement is) but I really want to push them in before the Steam release.

What's new in 0.3?
As for content, I’ll start by saying that 0.3 is as big as the two previous releases combined. Second: I want to stress that *your old saves will not work*. Vae Victis is a game, not a VN, and as such the game's infrastructure changes as it evolves. If you wish, you can use Skip 'n Win to quickly jump over the miniquests you have completed.

- New! UI overhaul by the very talented Kia. There’s a lot to love about the new UI but my favorite is the Send Troops slider.
- New! Impregnation flow. When you fuck a (former)ruler wench in your palace or your dungeon there’s a chance she’ll get pregnant. If she does, you will be notified and for for a few turns you’ll be able to have pregnant sex with her. Once she gives birth she will not be available for a few turns as she rests and then she’ll become available again. Impregnation is currently reserved for wenches only.
- New! In 0.2 I made the mistake of hinting that Alam and Domia from the oasis accompany you to your palace, so in 0.3 I owned my mistake: both are available in the palace if you take them with you. I’ll be more careful next time
- The 1:1 RPS combat was streamlined and a very short tutorial is now available after you escape jail. Defensive attacks are considered to be Subdue attacks, so when meeting a new Subdable opponent you can (and should) play a few rounds in Defense mode without ruining the Subdue effort. Furthermore, Subdue attacks cause much more (Subdue) damage but leave you more vulnerable to damage so learn that wench’s attack patterns before subduing her!
- All wenches now have rigid attack patterns instead of an affinity to choose one attack.
- Obedience and Morale were improved. Details below: TL;DR: if you garrison more than 30 troops your Obedience in that fiefdom will go up.
- Originally Fort and Gold Mine multiplied the fiefdom’s Troops and Gold yield but were useless if the Troops/Gold stat of a fiefdom was 0. They now yield a small amount even if the Troops/Gold stat of a fiefdom is 0.
- Cool surprise scene after you conquer all available fiefdoms (Oryeonguk, Marbia and Tinpigia).
- On the left menu you’ll find a tab called Info. There’s a link to the walkthrough there.
Remember that old saves will not work, use Skip 'n Win to quickly finish miniquests you have played before.

Morale:
-Morale automatically goes up by 0.3 points until an unmodified cap of 20
-Temple increases the cap by +5 in the fiefdom, original wench in the palace by +3 in the fiefdom, Nahir in the palace by +3 for all fiefdoms
-Attacking a fiefdom drops morale by 20 points on all your fiefdoms (they don't like to send boys to die) so basically after attacking a fiefdom your economy is crippled for some time as morale slowly goes up again (see #1)
For those of you not sure what Morale does: every turn I roll 1-100 for each fiefdom and compare it to Morale. If it's lower, the fiefdom Yields gold and/or troops. Higher Morale => higher chance of yield. Using careful placement of Temples and rulers in the palace you can decide what do you wish to recover first, gold or troops.

Fascinating and unique Ren'Py game that goes far beyond its engine's capabilities by offering some (optional) light grand strategy gameplay and actual quests with different outcomes. There is also a dungeon crawler mechanic that I haven't seen in a long time, but its as fun as it was 30 years ago. The dialogs are well written and ooze immersion, the lewd scenes know very few limits and the characters feel powerful and worthy to engage with. They change their appearance, demeanor and tone depending on their state (indentured, enslaved, pregnant, dead). The lore is as interesting and mostly coherent. It easily beats recent Hollywood slop like Rings of Power or Wheel of Time . The more you learn about the realm, the taint, the Elfkin's many climaxes or the weird Khan power to impregnate any woman at any time no matter her cycle, the more you want to know. Some people criticize the graphics, and I agree, its not AAA-level, but who cares when you have a rather complex narrative supporting them? I'm more concerned with so many truly ugly (read: grandma-level) characters. I can take the occasional body positivity gang boss for fun, but wrinkly grannies looking for dick is not cool. At least so far all but one have been avoidable, as are most other fetishes.
The game was written by someone that is not creative at all. Which is the worst part. Pure generic garbage, the stupid cliche phrases, content and the overused DAZ assets are all a match. On top of it, the size of the file is way bigger than it should be, so it is poorly optimized even for that. There is nothing good about it.
There is a lot to unpack with this game for me. I love the lore, the story, the npc's, the art, and the world. So why a three Ill explain and it has to do with the MC mainly. Swords, sheilds, horses are always something I love in a game and have for a long time. On this element that game does not disapoint and has a similar vibe to another game I have played. The elements that set this apart from any game I have played on here is the leading aspect of building up your territories and fortifying them. It is fun and satisfying and not as redundant as I thought it could be. Its very creative and I love that. Where its not a five for me is some of the characters and the one I like the least the MC. I love when game creators give the option to kind of choose what you are like, how you treat others, and who to romance or not (or in this game take, seduce, or breed). The MC no matter how you choose to act is just an unlikable dick. The only time where I actually enjoyed the MC was when he went out with his elfkin daughter and actually showed he is not a complete psycho. Now if you want to play an MC that is a dick and abuses, takes, and rapes then you certainly can. You do have options not to do this, but even if you choose these options he still comes off as a complete ahole. It would be nice if there were three sides to his personality the dominating leader (done well if you want to be a sadistic leader), the neutral leader, and the benevolent leader. It seems to give you the option to be benevolent, however he still comes off as unlikable and that for me unless the writer decides to show a softer side to our Khan is why this game is a three. Also most npcs it seems come to like our MC however his sister is just the weirdest and most wow that was rushed scene I have scene. You get to be dominating or seduce. Ether way she jumps on you and loves it, to go from I hate you to I miss you brother please take me in a minute is a bit hard to digest. Showed that little thought beyond being with his sister went into this interaction. Good game but will I keep playing it ehh, if there is nothing better out maybe.
PROS + Your choices kind of matter, and can change certain stuff. CONS - Visually, the game looks really old and bad, along with the art style and character models. - Most of female characters in the game looks straight up ugly, most of them have both ugly faces, and bodies, some of them have only ugly bodies, and some of them have only ugly faces, and only couple of them are both doesn't have ugly face, or body, in fact only example character I can give with attaractive design is Manwad. - Sex scene animations look bad, have bad physics, and for some reason, almost all of them are chosen awfully; almost none of the positions/angles look good. - The game is sandbox, and a very tedious/boring one, it even has a so-called ''VN Mode'' which is not VN Mode at all, since you still gotta play sandbox parts with it, it's still tedious, and annoying, especially considering it's not really rewarding, it makes things even worse. - The game is grindy for some reason, like it's already not tedious/boring enough. - HUD, UI, menus, etc, have awful designs, almost nothing is good about them. VERDICT Not worth playing, fails at almost everything.
it is an interesting game. it combines gameplay from map games, turn based combat games, point and click adventures and visual novels, although all 4 aspects are very barebones and not done well imo. but this was one of the few map painters i found with h on the side, so i gave it a try, and i think it's pretty fun. i like painting maps what can i say, but the point and click adventures got really old after a while, and sometimes vn sequences just went on for far too long and by the last fourth of the game i skipped most of it. from infiltration quests (and parleys) to act 2 stories to weird unprompted sequences that can happen at any time when you end your turn, it really got tiring. normal scenes without h are sometimes quite well written and clever, sometimes funny, other times they are painfully formulaic and needlessly drawn out. h scenes are quite weak for an h game, especially in visuals and audio, with most of the animations being very scuffed. but the writing for most h scenes and the general atmosphere of the game can be very hot and sometimes that was enough to get me going. the thing i wish devs add the most is the ability to include every or almost every girl (and boy, i need you tryv) you meet into the harem, willing or otherwise. most of the hottest and most likeable characters in the game (fahda, ulhild, kushitkushit, zuri, maya, liddy, zhili, to name a few) are just there for a couple of scenes, at most being side characters in a side quest, and it just sucks leaving them behind, especially when a lot of them get preg. maybe you see them again in an act 2 cutscene if you're lucky but they're gone again after that. and if you're unlucky, you won't even get to h them like liddy and aermhar, just a complete cock tease. meanwhile the bulk of the girls you add to your harem are the rulers of the other nations, and they are relatively a lot less fleshed out because you don't get to hang out with them for a while in infiltration quests, so i didn't really care for them. i hope eventually the devs add the mechanic to add basically every girl in those infiltration quests into your dungeon/court, like alam and domia, both of whom are peak. i also find it weird how the devs have stated they won't add some content like mindbreak because apparently it's too far? a game where your end goal is to be a blood thirsty conqueror, subjugating every nation you can at the cost of thousands of lives, publicly hanging people to instill fear in your subjects, deceiving practically everyone you meet, all just to r your own blood relatives and any other unfortunate soul you come across. but apparently fucking someone silly is too far, okay man overall it can be a good game. there are parts of it that i thought were really fun and hot, but also parts of it that were a complete turn off and were extremely boring. the devs definitely need to add the means to put 99% of people you fuck into your harem one way or the other, hopefully without the need to play the game all over again each time. and apparently work has already started on the 2nd game, which is way too early imo, considering all that i said.
So I've been playing this game for about a year and a half now. My first few playthrough's were mainly for the sex scenes. But I kept coming back because you won't really find too many porn games that are good games as well. It offers a variety of kinks as well (if you choose to pursue them). Which I only realized during one of my playthroughs where I decided to go the scorched earth approach (Conquer, Ravish, Breed)
The writing of the Khan is 10/10. I wish all games here would possess the same level. The game is definitely a top tier for F95 in terms of effort and quality within the chosen technology. I think the remaster with newer technologies, whenever it will happen, will be amazing.
The effort put in creating the world alone elevates this to a full 5 star even though it has many things that I don't like. Let's start with positives: 1. The combat, and especially the management system are all well thought out. You might lack the patience to grind if you're playing it in one go but for those who played the updates, it won't be too much of a bother. Why mention this? Because it is EXTREMELY RARE in a porn VN on this site. 2. The various kingdoms all have their charms and nuggets filled with stories that might be borrowing heavily from other more serious fantasy works, are memorable and pleasant. The end is the same result wise but the challenges put forth storywise and the corresponding lore is varied and interesting. The downsides: 1. As mentioned in the second point, the end result is the same. The concubines after and before conquest all become one note and behave the same way. 2. Biggest compaint: Our character is incapable of falling in love or liking a girl. While I get that the game is about domination, but the dev took it too far and the game suffered as a result. I'm not saying too far in the sex department. Infact, most of the sex is pretty vanilla except for the dialogues. It's that we never really get a glimpse into what our character actually wants, his fears, etc. He remains a hollow shell that treats every woman in every route almost the same. A little deviance from the formula could've been better. Regarding visuals, they improve with time(early renders are dated and there's no animation) but the character designs remains stellar throughout. I especially liked the outfits of the concubines of the different regions. Every adult VN player should give this one a try.
Very short scenes with next to no dialogue, and bad choppy animations. What's worse is that there's no sound during scenes as well. A really big miss, especially since the models are all really ugly. Surprised how little content there is too.
I agree with many disadvantages but overall it's good written vn with some grinding and management even so simple and clumsy. Visual is not awesome but not scary, it's mostly pretty. Animation is so so. Lack of sounds even in sex scenes is also upsetting. The plot and how dialogues are written impress. Some jokes were very good. Wanna give 5/5 but there are many disadvantages for the current version of this VN. I hope release version gets rid of most of them.

Choices & Playability: 9/10 The combat/ grindy elements of this game can be disabled but are not that tedious anyway. You have a choice each time to be a barbarian or gentleman which adds replay ability to the scenes. However these choices don't have any major impact on the story and are mostly for H scenes.
this is a game that succeeds in making you feel like a conqueror. You start with basically nothing but a small piece of land and a loyal supervisor to end up beeing the one that unifies the continent by force becoming the loved or hated (depending on your chooices) emperor. Every new land on the map gets its own questline with things to do and characters to meet to eventually bring the downfall of the respective little kindom. Best thing is that these are all different even though following similar formular. Sometimes you really get surprised when f.ex. the parlour doenst work out like you use to know it. Also there is an overarching story interwoven in the quests for your character to defeat alll the monarchs. Following the initial conquering questlines, most love interest also have a dedicated quest when they are part of your following. As far as I remember every love interest can be treated nicely (love/seduction), roughly (domination/rape) or can be avoided. Very good idea and works out quite well, sometimes one way seems more fitting then the other but never are you forced to approach a love interest in one way only. Game also has quite good customization. I f.ex. did like the tactical side of the conquest and very much enjoyed to build up my aquired cities and send my troops where I needed them while not liking both the combat mechanics. So I was delighted to be able to turn off both the 1vs1 combat as well as the army combat while having fun with all the other content the games offers. Also bonus point that the game allows you to chose if you want the love interests shaven or with hairy private parts. Such a little thing but makes all the difference in the world. Very much appreciated. Too few games allow you such customization. Last but not least there is a massive ammount of content. Would be a perfect game if the render quality and frequency as well as animation would be a bit better. Esp. the ammount of different renders for some scenes are a bit of a letdown. But still since the rest that the game offers is so good, it gets 100% of my approval
So... a tough MC is here I've heard. Young Khan at the beginning of his path to be a ruler. You can be a good or a bad guy, your choices really matters here. You can rape, enslave and imprison LIs making them your breeding things that live only for your pleasure or you can make them dedicated lovers who'll willingly give a birth to your children and help you rule your potential kingdom. Choices affect scenes, talks and perks, but meantime they are simple and well described, so nobody should be confused. Story isn't too complicated or original, but it's well written with few plot twists. Simple, but entertaining. You won't find here too much lovey-dovey stuff, you're god damn Khan after all, so you have no time for this. However, if you're for a love/seduction path you'll be able to know a bit about girls and make some bonding not only in bed. Not much in comparision to games with few LIs, but enough to remember few of them. Are there some cons? Not many for me and not too important. Fighting system is something to forget and management system is far from perfection. Graphics is a little bit outdated, but animations are very good and LIs are pretty (with few exceptions due to personal preferences). In many aspects this game isn't exceptional, but it's extremely solid product that should entertain and cover huge amount of kinks. Many people will find something for themselves in this position.
It is a good, well designed game. Have been playing it for a long time. Giving it 4 stars. Only thing that could make this game 5 stars for me, would be a new design for battles and combats. It is just too simple and becomes dull after couple of times. But other than that, art, dialouges, choices, story etc. all good.
Anal Ravager the game. Render 7/10 Some stuff looks kind of dated. On the bright side there is a lot of diversity. you can fuck fat chicks, skinny chick, big titty chick, short goblin chick, horse chicks... When I say a lot I do mean A LOT. Story 8/10 You don't just fuck girls and call it a day, you conquer their entire country and then you fuck them after you defeat them in combat... Jokes aside the story is well written and interesting. Gameplay 7/10 Only issue I have with this game's gameplay is the combat, felt pretty random at times.. For a porn game the management aspect is done really well, didn't expect this kind of gameplay in a VN. More VNs should be like this one, I had fun managing my territory and it didn't feel like a chore. Amount of Content 8/10 Decent amount of content with choices, in most cases these are rape or seduce... or both. Overall solid game that has a future in front of it. There is still an entire continent for the Anal Ravager to explore. 5/5
Gameplay: Empire Adventure Managment VN The game starts as a VN, before getting to a screen to manage your empire... amass troops and gold, rebuild cities, infiltrate, attack and conquer. The mechanic is quite simple, and easy when you get the hang of it. But you have many VN parts where you have to investigate, or follow the big arc of the story. There is also a combat system that is simple, yet funny. You can play the stories in different order. But in the end, it's quite straightforward, and there are not branches. So not much challenge. Story: He-Man Breed&Domination The setting is an heroic-fantasy world. The hero is a cliché of powerful king that use his power as it please him. Usually with violence and lots of raping. What is interesting, is that you also have plenty of characters and lands, each with its own little adventure. So, it's quite rich, and not boring. It's also pretty much silly how the Hero just fuck anything that has a hole, and how those holes are so complacent about it. There is a lot of domination stuff in it. Graphics/Animation: The renders are high quality, as are the models. Lots of animation also. What is really nice is the diversity... It's huge, Sound/Music Background music and some sound effects in some scenes. Not much to say, pretty basic. Overall impression: Definitely hooked by this game. It's a patchwork of many fantasy themes (elves, orcs, amazons, pirates, etc.). It's like a Game of Thrones universe where you are playing one of the king. But not the virtuous ones, more the Ramsay Bolton one. Puzzles and gameplay are simple. So, it's not a deep game, more a funny domination perversion game, yet quite elaborate.
Can't believe I didn't leave a review until now. I like the game. Plain and simple. - I always like games that have army building/strategy mechanics - The one-on-one combat system is interesting enough to keep me engaged without being convoluted - Character models used have just kept getting hotter with each new installment - Has a decent CHUNK of story and lore Is it the best? No, not really. In reality, I'd give each aspect of the game a 4 out of 5. (Although some aspects get 5 out of 5s). But it's been around for a while, the dev diligently produces updates, and a lot of VNs these days are just unbalanced where they'll be great or good in most aspects but have one or two glaring flaws. This one doesn't. It's pretty well-rounded, just not amazing. It's a classic. It's a throwback to when VNs used to be good, casual fun instead of having to be this big, melodramatic epic that just feels like a chore to play. Games don't have to be perfect, they just need to be good. If it lets you just forget about the world and jump into another one for a while then it's a good game. It's that simple. Unfortunately, most VNs these days do the opposite of that while also carrying the same kinds of flaws.

No, not really - both combat and kingdom management system are extremely simplistic and are lacking any depth or fun. Is It objectively a good VN? Well, again, no - you won't find here any intricate, emotional or engaging script. Let's say I did not find it cringe, and that's already good enough in my book. Yet I'm still giving this a 4, because it is a guilty pleasure kind of experience. ⠀⠀Combat: there is no reason to use normal attacks, ever. The whole combat is using one of the 3 types of aggressive attacks, and maybe defense once or twice if you're not sure which type to use. This already becomes boring after a couple of fights. Also enemy animations are ugly. ⠀⠀Sections with grid-like navigation feel rudimentary and look awkward. ⠀⠀Turn-based strategy battles have poor UI (no grid and objects overlapping each other) so troop placement becomes confusing and overall these battles are boring. Frankly you better off doing auto-calc: it's faster and takes less clicking. You are not missing out on anything, this is not HOMM. ⠀⠀Kingdom management section is pretty simple, lots of clicking when moving troops around though. It's not as "grindy" as some people have pointed out, you just have to figure out what to do, which is not a secret nor a rocket science. ⠀⠀What caught my attention and granted such rating are power fantasy, variety in sexual encounters and sense of progression . You get to conquer and breed a wide range of wenches in all forms and sizes, all the while expanding your power and influence, slowly closing in on your goal of total continental domination (and fucking ur mum). Overall story and lore are decent, but nothing extraordinary or memorable, and mini-adventures into different provinces are fairly engaging. Most of the time you're presented with a choice between rape and seduction. And for a few main characters you can either send them to the sex dungeon or to royal court. Majority of women come and go and you never hear of them again (wham, bam, thank you, maam). Maybe this will change in the future updates, but I wouldn't count on it. Sex scenes feature grainy image and bad animations, but I've come to terms with that. By the Red stallion we need more goblins. Only two brief scenes: one with few still shots and another with an ugly hag. Not nearly enough, big truth. Like I said, my score is based on catering to my specific preferences. This is one of the most fun experiences I have had with an adult game. Keep in mind, it isn't just a novel it is a management game and also a conquest game. There are actual game mechanics and it is a blast. The story is really good and the worldbuilding is excellent. This is honestly the first adult game I have thought about like a regular game and been anxious to get home from work and play. Definitely check it out.
