About Vae Victis
Vae Victis is a 3D fantasy sandbox RPG created by DoorKnob22 in Unreal Engine. You play Karder Dal-Arouya, a prince, escaped prisoner, usurper, fighter, and sexual abuser who wants to conquer the empire taken from him by his treacherous queen mother. You guide him through quests to reclaim his throne, meeting friends, foes, powerful beasts, and rulers. The game centers on male domination: after defeating opponents, you can use them for dark pleasures or seduce them so their skills and knowledge help you.
The current build is a demo released on January 19, 2026 for Windows, in English, with no censorship. It is a playable Unreal technical demo rather than a full game. The latest changelog entry is the initial demo release, so the available content corresponds to that first public version.
Developer's description
A prince, an escaped prisoner, a usurper, a sexual abuser, a fighter. Karder Dal-Arouya is many things but has one goal in life: to conquer the empire stolen from him by his treacherous queen mother. Guide Karder on his adventures to reclaim his throne. On his quests you will meet friends and foes, powerful beasts and sexy rulers. Dominate your defeated foes and decide whether you want to use and abuse them for your dark pleasures or seduce them to aid you with their skills and knowledge. This is a playable Unreal technical demo. This is not a full game. Please read the developer note below.
