A warning to those on this website that are braindead- you might struggle a bit. I recommend reading the tips and making sure your goblins are happy This game is actually really really good. A genuinely challenging management game with sex as part of its' CORE mechanic, so you can fap while you play. It's shocking how many H games get this wrong. Goblin nest goes above and beyond with its' excellent pixel art animations and decent variety of sex positions with random npcs. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said by the other 50 reviews already. It's just really good. Combine that with the extraordinarily small file size that this game takes up, and it's impossible not to recommend you at least give it a try.
What a game, at first it was something I was launching to check to see if it works, next thing I know it, its 9ish hours later. The game has a really fun gameplay loop, has really solid art and pixel art, it has ok audio design but the main song is a bop, the h scenes in this is plentiful and solid, and the plot is ok but theres enough there to really have a good time with it.
Such a great game. I was basically hooked for 16 hours straight. Really fun. It starts out with a small grind, but at some point after you unlock the "Transfer" cell, you can start automating stuff which is superfun. Highly recommend.
A surprisingly fun management sim with competent mechanics and excellent art. It's by BadColor so the art quality is expected but this is the type of game that I'd be pleased to play even if it wasn't NSFW. This isn't a classic h-scene collector or anything quirky, its a competent colony sim that just so happens to have extremely good pixel art. If anything, I'd say the only downside to it is the limited number of poses and scenes that are a bit too few for the sheer amount of timespace you spend in it; but its already enough fun by itself. Once you max out everything and you zoom out to see the utter depravity of your nest, its very amusing. Together with the mod that's linked in this thread, its a stellar gameplay experience all the way through. I highly recommend supporting the developer if you can if you enjoyed it.
I love management games already, and combining it with a base-building, customizable smut setting in the form of a goblin base is a match made in heaven. While there is some jank here and there with UI, bug fixes, and some dull repetition in the early game, the biggest crime of this game is that there wasn't more, and there already was a good amount! I was just sad to see the game end at all and there wasn't more animations/girls to unlock and work towards or bigger base setups. Ultimately this game is crazy good, especially if you love good pixel art.
Good game, fun little gameplay loop. While the beginning was a little tedious (my mouse hand actually got tired), the pixel art animation is fantastic, one of the best I've seen. Later on, when you can start automating everything in your little base it's nice to focus on the base building and choosing the cells that showcase your favorite art.
Almost a perfect game. Crunchy enough management that you actually need to think a little bit, with a strong loop of reward when you cross a barrier. Only complaint I'd have is that the game was essentially "solved" for a long time before I actually finished all the content. So it ended up being a lot of waiting, but at least there are a huge variety of animations to play with after that point.
Great fun for anyone who enjoys the fantasy of monster rape. I found the grind for gold to be too much to bear, but it was easy to edit my save file to give me all the gold I needed. Roughly the appropriate length for how much there is to do, and well worth the asking price on Steam IMO. The only thing I was left wanting was more types of cells, and perhaps the ability to see the women enjoying the proceedings in some capacity, but I can't genuinely ask for much more than this all things considered.

Goblins just want to pillage villages, kidnap women, and turn them into their breeding cattle. What's the harm in that? I joke but this game is so much more than that, with evolving tricks on how to keep your goblin den operating, playing the numbers with goblin evolutions, deploying the use of tentacles to clean and produce alternative troops. There's a lot to be had with this one! Story is super simple, Lilith brings the lowly goblin back from extinction, and releases them upon the world. They capture tougher and tougher enemies, bring them back to their underground burro, and put them in numerous breedable potions while pumping them full of more goblin spunk than there is water in the ocean. Eventually they conquer all the map points, and even Lilith is surprised just how well they did she even offers herself as a reward; if they can take it. Very fun. Management can start off real slow, and sluggish, but eventually the coins begin to flow, the goblins numbers reach in the hundreds, the milk is fresh from the tit, and before you know it the goblin den feels more like a goblin luxury resort. With levels for breeding, birthing, milking, pleasure, and more! So push on through, because it might be a bit of a grind at the start, but fear not, the automation of things does begin to happen. My only few gripes are over smaller things. Like I wish there was a tentacle or goblin construction where it transfers women who are ready for birth to birthing racks, then to milking stations, and then back to their assigned post. I wish there were more pleasure options, as there is only foreplay, oral, and titfucking the last of which I somehow missed a blueprint fragment of and could not construct them. Sad. And lastly, I wanted more! After you acquire Lilith, who I was sure would have a special construction that looked like a silk bedroom with a huge bed, she just says "You did it fellas, now you own everything." I was hoping for more! More fantasy girls to steal away, more goblin types to unlock, more special constructions, but I guess I'll be a good little green skinned terror and be thankful with what there is. If this even comes to GoG, I'm totally buying it.
Good core colony sim gameplay with very hot animations! If you zoom in you can hear the plapping sounds. So far my favorite in terms of game playtime from developer badcolor. Focus trying to get new girls and customizing the goblin nest, instead of combat. A lot of manual mouse moving around from breeding stalls into birthing into milk, back into breeding. No automation til late mid game. The game meta essentially just spam raiding level 1 village in each area, until you have around 3x or 4x the required troop amounts. It is grindy after you find the dark blue elf, often you have to just AFK and let gold collect. About 8-10 hours playtime if you spam complete it but your wrist will hurt. There is some automation late game, but for the most part it is better to AFK to collect gold and rebuild troops. My playtime with AFK is around 15 hours.
I 100% agree with the comment below The game is ridiculously slow. The worst part is that there isn't any automation (?) or at the very least, you'll need to take a very long time to unlock it (?) Beating Level 2 villages (?) Manually moving captives to the birthing station, then the milking station, then back to the holding cell. Over and over and over again....all while slowly making your army stronger just so they can die, so now you'll have to repeat the gameplay loop. On the plus side. This game isn't even 50mb in size. On the down side. H-content is below 50mb in size.
The people rating this five stars must be far more patient than I, or I missed something fundamental in the way the game is meant to be played. Setting aside the fact that this game is barely erotic at all (low-resolution short, repetitive rape animations with no voice acting), I found the management aspect of this game to be EXTREMELY slow Because the capture chance for new girls is so low and the rate at which you lose troops is so high, I was finding I was having to raid the level 1 village a dozen times, then wait to breed the level 1 farmer girls 4-5 times each to have enough troops to raid one of the higher-level settlements. All that to give me a 70% chance to capture a two or three-star girl. When that fails and I lose half my troops, I had to start again. This process takes about 10 minutes, all for the chance to make a tiny amount of progress towards unlocking the next level of settlement to raid. For which the reward is the same pixel art animations, but now the girl has a slightly different outfit on (made up of around 20 different-coloured pixels) I dunno, I just found the effort in to reward out equation didn't balance out. The game is polished and well-made, so I enjoyed the first hour or so, but after a while it just felt like I was wasting my time. If you're the type of person who enjoys simple, repetitive gameplay loops and finds the idea of a game like that with an erotic theme appealing, this will be an easy five star for you. If you're after something to fap to, I'd give this one a miss since there isn't enough juice for the squeeze.
Very good base management game, it's like playing as goblins from Goblin Slayer. Early game is easy to handle, mid game you need to move stuff around manually a lot but endgame you get mostly automatic base. Maybe too bad that when you get to that point you have won the game, so it's just building more over-the top breeding setup. Right now it's missing full automation, needs auto-selling for milk, auto-selling barren girls (they are only swapped with fertile from dungeon) and auto-cloning putting girls into dungeon.
The gameplay loop is incredibly repetitive. You drag people to breeding cell, then to birth cell, then to milking cell, loop back to breeding cell, repeat ad infinitum. As you progress through the game, you are rewarded with even more dragging since you scale up your colony. The other gameplay loop involves getting more goblins to raid (Which they can die), which is just a numbers game. So yeah, more dragging and waiting. Such exciting gameplay.
Fantastic game. Growing the goblin nest from nothing is so satisfying. Each unit or unique character has several animations tied to the type of cell they're in and what kind of goblin is fucking them. It was certainly worth the wait. I've tried a lot of games on F95, and this was the only one that was so good I actually paid for it.
TLDR: Goblin colony sim with kinda DOS-style graphics where your gobbos plowing not gardens and conquering not new lands, wink-wink. Small but nice stuff. and one of my few impulsive buys on steam... idk what happened
Peak honestly. The demo got me back into adult games. Exactly what I wanted in a game. I am around half way through and so far have only good things to say about it. The biggest thing is going to be length, but so far I have put 5 hours into it and am still enjoying.
Yeah this is a banger. Think of it as a monster black market mixed with goblin burrow and all of this is pixel art. There's so much to unpack here and I really think this game truly shines once you figure out the basic gameplay loop to secure money and automate breeding. Gameplay: 9/10 This is what this game bets on aside from all the erotic content (for which there obviously is a lot) and the gameplay loop had me hooked for days straight (I even messed up my exam studying schedule for this lol). Essentially you manage a nest of goblins by providing them with women to bread and start raids on a minimap to secure gold and food. Gold is also generated by goblins exerting pleasure so essentially the bigger your nest the bigger also your income then again also your food expenses so you have to balance that out. Biggest tip: Try to allocate a space for pleasure cells since they will not only be important for mood but also for income. Very important as they basically generated most of my economy to let me tackle the higher levels of most areas. The only thing that I would critique here is that the gameplay loop will get repetitive later on but this is just bound to be the case for management type games like these so it's not exactly an easy fix, although all the different combination options for breeding cells really does tickle the part of my brain that wants to optimize things. H-Scenes: 9/10 BadColor really has some talent when it comes to creating good pixel art scenes. All of them are outstanding, there's a large variety of placeable characters in different positions in the breeding chamber and some very creative unique ones you will encounter later on. Everything in this game is animated so if you're into pixel art as much as me you'll probably like what this game has to offer. Story: 7/10 I mean there isn't a large amount of story to tell, you converse with a demon called Lilith about taking over the region and expanding your goblin nest and truly just do that. You will encounter certain unique enemies that have one-liners but not much interaction after you capture them, they have special chambers and generate new races which will become extremely important gameplay wise but story wise there is not much to tell (which is honestly also not greatly important in this type of game but I want to point out that this is not the type of game with a deep and intriguing story). Since story is not the main selling point of this game I will not factor it in a whole lot. As a final score I simply wanted to give this 5 stars just for the sheer amount of work and love that was invested in creating this masterpiece. I really hope there will be more content in the future for this game.
It's not often a game gets 5 stars from me. Goblin Nest however, managed to grip me from start to finish with it's cute yet classic fantasy aesthetic and world, simple yet fun story, and incredibly engaging sim management gameplay loop that made me lose sleep the past several nights by just wanting to perfect my goblin nest. The gameplay is simple, you get women, put them in a hole, let the goblins rape them, and move them around to give birth to new goblins and to produce milk for leveling your goblins up. You find new character types to capture which produce different types of goblins, and things keep escalating so that you are getting stronger and stronger with long stretching caves with endless cycles of rape and birth happening constantly. The H content here is also abundant, yet simple. You unlock various different cell types to put girls in, and each has an associated animation to see each girl type in. The art is good, but it's rather simple and repetitive after some hours. Now there are some complaints to be had. The game is very, very micro-managey especially at end game. You can set some things up for solid automation, but other things are so much slower when automated that it's simply not worth relying on it. I also wish there were more variety in girl design. While each girl has a different outfit associated with her enemy type, they are all thick girls with huge tits. Some mix of body types would have been appreciated. All in all, after 100% the game I just cannot wait for more content to be added. Easy recommendation and a 10/10 from me!
I had such a wonderful time with this game. This game feels absolutely perfect for me! The designs of the heroines are very sexy memorable. The pixel art is specially charming, colourful and clear; as are the animations, and boy there are loads of them. This game incredibly addictive if you enjoy simple management games and pixel animations. My only complains are that I would have appreciated more angles for the girls, I do think we see a little too much goblin ass, and even tho making the goblins transparent helps a bit, it doesnt deal with the root of the problem. I would have also appreciated having more body types available, but i know thats a lot of work, and the heroines are incredibly sexy as they are. I decided to buy a copy on steam and if you enjoy the game as much as i do, id say you do too if you have a few bucks to spare! (id write this review on steam too, but i play the game on my main account and have too many irl friends in my friendlist (^-^'')) xoxo
