Goon Raider

The concept itself is fun - a fast-paced sidescroller with each stage being a little different. You beat a level, you get a cutscene. HOWEVER this game plays absolutely terribly, it doesn't feel challenging, it fells straight up unfair. You get a limited amount of lives each stage, and there are no checkpoints anywhere, if you fail you start the whole stage over. At times game requires some very precise inputs, while being super unresponsive and sluggish, timings are also ridiculous, with many situations, where some moving hazard hits you from off-screen, before you can even see it. I see that dev was trying to emulate the feel and gameplay of old NES games like Contra and Battletoads, but it's 2025 and we are talking about a light-hearted porn parody here, you can throw a checkpoint here or there and nobody would argue. That being said, I dig the concept, and it absolutely can become a cool little NES-type parody game, if something is done about movement and dev cuts us a little slack gameplay-wise.
