About Grounded in Sin
Grounded in Sin is an adult Ren'Py adventure made by Goobuber. You play a male protagonist whose summer has been ruined: he is grounded, out of money, and facing a forced part-time job. A desperate search for an easy escape brings him to something unnatural, when a strange idol appears in his room and a voice offers power and control. The game uses animated AI-generated 2D CG art and presents sandbox exploration, corruption, and multiple endings.
The current build is v0.01 Fix2, released on November 12, 2025, and development remains ongoing. It is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac, in English, and is uncensored. The v0.01 release was a proof of concept with an introduction storyline, main character setup, a corruption system, basic task and phone systems, and time and day progression. The latest fixes removed leftover code errors, introduced a phone Clock feature for quicker time skipping, and added a preference for text box opacity.
