Her Hidden Voice

Here's my short review of the game "Her Hidden Voice" Chapter 2.5. Sure, the game has the almost typical AI quirks, but I really like the style created by exaggerating real images! I quite like the female characters. I found the episode with the female lead during phone sex particularly erotic. I can overlook the (hopefully) initial difficulties with names and too many fingers and give this free game a 3-star rating. There needs to be more improvement in the future, but the launch wasn't too bad.

V1.0 demo hahaha very funny sorry, what? your serious? computer generated visuals with possibly computer generated writing, which is the only way this makes sense as machine translate has different inconsistencies and it looks far from human translation, so no credit can be given for either so all they can claim credit for is coding as the design is a slideshow. note they want paying for it and call themselves a 'studio'. hilarious minimal effort on show deserves the minimum rating. they didn't even take the time to try it themselves before release. if a shoddy first impression they can never get back was the goal then , score!

First of all, to the developer, sorry, but this is utter TRASH. Where do I even start to explain and review this trainwreck. Well let’s start with what’s most likely gonna be the ”go-to excuse”, it’s a ”Demo”. Mind you, this is at least the 2nd update/demo, so you would expect improvements, fixes, refinements, etc. Demo or not. I’ll try to give a FEW examples, there was just so much (for the little content there is atm). Obvious AI-slop. Think and feel what you want about AI. Some devs uses it in a good way. Some devs/games just makes it a mess, this is such a case. The ”art” has been, to use the dev’s own words ”photoshopped” , now with that horrible ’filter’ where it looks like pictures that’s gone thru the washing mashine 50 times, and been flying out in the world, hitting treebranches and being stepped on, etc. Is this artistic? Of course not, it’s to try and HIDE the AI used. There’s been numerous ”renders” where there’s been 6 fingers on a hand, or 4, sometimes a mutilated leg etc. And the new ”artstyle” as they call it, just makes everything not only look worse, but sometimes it makes some parts melt together. There’s one render, cant remember what the woman was doing, but it literally looked like her hands were one entity, her thumbs were growing into eachother. Something like that. Let’s leave the horrible visuals aside for now. Though the ”mom” is somewhat pretty at least. So that’s at least ..something. Now the worst part, the writing. I’m not gonna complain about the english, it’s better than some other VNs I could mention. So I’m not gonna point out the grammatical errors etc, I make those mistakes myself so it’s whatever. But everything else. I swear, the few minutes of content I suffered thru here, literally made my head hurt. AND I started to wonder if it was me developing some form of schizo, or there’s more than one person writing this crap. One scene we can have what ’sounds’ like either a re-telling, or a narrator, saying something like ”I thought X was feeling this or that”, directly followed after next clicked with X’s own thoughts using ”I blah blah”. I’m confused, who the fudge was narrating just one click ago? Inconsistencies with the names, oh boy. Mom’s name is Sarah. But in dialogues and ’narration’ it’s almost always Sara (without H). Ok, fine, whatever, right? Well let’s take her ”son” then, Miki, Mikki, Micky. He has a few names all over the place. Like make up your mind dev, WHAT IS HIS NAME?! Even better, let the players choose their own name(s). I’ve already seen the dev’s excuse for this. ”it happens in translation”. Like wtf? It’s friggin NAMES. Maybe go over your script of YOUR game, check for ”Miki” ”Micky” etc. IF you’re not gonna allow players to name the characters, then at least get your OWN character names correct?? The way the dialogues are written is where my mind just goes out the window. Miki/Micky/whateverthefuckhisnameis, talks to his MOM, and talks ABOUT her, TO her. ”I thought Mom would blah blah” – this is him talking TO his mom. I dunno, maybe they talk like that in some parts of the world? But I’ve never talked to my mom, or a friend, and refer to them as a 3rd person. I’ve heard of people referring to themselves in 3rd person, but this...man.. Also, not only do the characters have different names, or rather spelling of their names here and there, sometimes the "thoughts" from Miki, the son, refers to Sara(h) by name, instead of mom. "Sara this, Sara that". A couple of scenes later, it's "Mom" again. Kinda makes you wonder sometimes if the whole "mom" and possible incest, is just slapped on to get attention.. So all in all. The writing makes heads hurt. Most of the time, you do not know if Miki is THINKING or talking. It seems he’s doing BOTH in many conversations. Because he can say something that appears to be thoughts, but then immediately after ”mom” replies. So that means, he was SAYING this and not thinking? Just adds even more confusion. And again, this ”demo” is *SHORT*, yet it’s long enough to really make you feel like you’re going senile or schizo. Obvious use of AI, and I can only hope this new ”art direction” the dev has taken, was planned from the getgo, and not just another terrible attempt at masking the AI. It’s a shame really, because Sarah, she’s not unpleasing to the eyes, but this new ’artstyle’ ruins everything. I even prefer watching the obvious 6th finger or deformed leg – at least that adds some unintentional humor to this slop, than this ’artstyle’. I really cannot recommend anyone wasting time on this VN. MAYBE it will get better after several updates. But if you’re REALLY wanting to try it out, give it several updates/months before you do. From my experience, I dont see this one turning around and becoming something great. Might get improvements, but there’s nothing from what I’ve seen and read, that gives me a reason to think that 5+ updates from now this will be any better (or still being worked on). But who knows, maybe you’ll love this trash, nothing wrong with that. As of the ”Demo 1.0” there’s no sex, you get to see some tits and pussy for a bit. But that’s solo play, and not even that to be honest. Even if and when it tries to be ”hot” the writing just kills the ”mood”. Feel free to try out this one, but you’re MUCH better ignoring this one for the nearest future. Sorry to the dev, I understand you’re new, and all. But this isn’t good. And I’m not gonna slap on a high rating just because ”poor dev, he’s new, lets throw him a bone”. MY mission with MY reviews, is to save people from wasting time on something – OR invest time if the VN is actually good. This one has probably only one good thing going for it. Sarah..Sara..whatever spelling we’re using today. She’s pretty. That’s it. As always with my reviews, I *WILL* revise my review in the future if the game has change for the better or worse. This is for the 1.0 Demo - but I can easily bet that this review will be true for at least a few 'proper' updates from here on. Especially since this is "just a demo", I want to be fair, and return in a few updates and give it another chance. But again, for now, and most likely the next few updates - just ..just avoid this garbage. And I totally stand by the 1-star. There's nothing good here. Anything and everything is just sub-par or worse. Writing, horrible. "Graphics"? yikes. Edit: So I tried "chapter 2". And there's nothing in my previously written review I feel needs to change. The writing has not improved. It often feels like chatgpt could've done this better, and that's...scary. Typos galore still as well. Heck there was a whole scene where the 'game' used the wrong name thru the entire scene. Oh and "mom" got licked by another woman. MC is getting nowhere and nothing. So f-king dull, poorly written both typos and way of writing. The photoshopping made here makes, in some scenes, characters look more like scary fkn monsters than pretty ladies. I'm done, I've gave this turd of a VN a fair chance. It has not improved. I think I can see what the dev is *trying* to do at least, but IMO, fails completely. Still, I wish the dev and this VN the best. Spoiler: Inside this spoiler is 'interesting' info, but it's NOT part of the review note: This is NOT part of the review: I have a (strong) sneaky suspicion that the reviews/rating of this game *was* tampered with. And the suspect shouldn't be that difficult to figure out yourself. Currently the following 'reviews' are NOT present anymore, so this is just for those of you that missed out on the Rating-circus of this "VN" recently. On February 6th, this VN suddenly recieved THREE 5-star reviews. Ok, no one thinks this is even close to a 5-star VN, but let's pretend someone DO find this a masterpiece. Isn't it sus that these 3 reviews came in one and the same day? But wait, there's more! Wanna know what these 3 reviewers/accounts had in common? All 3 of them, were accounts created between 4-5 minutes before writing the review. How likely is this? Some person signed up on F95, the *very* first thing they do, is run to THIS VN to write a 5-star review. Not only were all 3 reviews made by 3 accounts who had joined F95 in the last 5 minutes, ALL THREE of these 'accounts'was last seen 4-5 minutes after writing their review. As of February 26th, none of these 3 'accounts' has been on F95. So to sum it up for you; 3 "accounts" signed up to F95 on Feb 6th, within *5* minutes of signing up, they jump here and rate/review this VN a 5-star. All 3 in the SAME day. All 3 within 5 minutes of joining F95. And all 3 has not set foot on F95 *since* their "review". Two of these three were eventually removed. Most likely by admins, as I reported all 3. (come on guys, let's keep the rating system realistic and honest pls) But one of them were here until Feb 25th. Dunno why, because this 'user' had the same tendencies as the other 2 that got their reviews deleted. Join F95, go here of all places, to leave 5 star to this VN, within FIVE minutes of joining F95. And once the review is posted, they were never seen from again. But as of today, I noticed, that the last 3rd 'fake'review was finally removed as well. Now I dont know if it was admins removing it, or the "suspect" realized he's been 'had' and tried to pretend its raining. I'm not gonna point fingers, but you can surely figure out who the main suspect is behind these obvious alt-accounts. Oh and on top of that, this review, MY review, was also removed a couple of months ago. But I got it reinstated. Dont you find it sus, that the first (and at that time only) review, a 1-star review, was removed. Ask yourself, who would 'benefit' from getting a 1-star review wrongly reported and removed, and then also suddenly have THREE 5-star reviews within *one* day. Gee, I wonder who we should suspect here.. This VN is honestly a 1-star. But with those 3 alt-accounts giving 5-star, this VN was for a few days, an average of 3-something stars! This sh-t isn't even close to 3-star currently (as of Feb 26 2026) Lastly, the info and facts given in this spoiler is NOT part of the review. I wrote my review before anyone else had. I added this 'footnote' so people can see that not only is the VN a turd, but it's also the subject of having ratings manipulated and tampered with. Do not trust this VN.. and .. well you know who to suspect. I wont point fingers or accuse anyone. Draw your own conclusions. My recommendation stands, Stay FAR away from this VN and anyone associated with it.
