HomeBound is an adult Ren'Py visual novel from Hot Coffee Studio, using animated 2D CG art. You play Riki, a male student who feels invisible and humiliated at school and lonely at home. The story centers on domestic tension and romance as Riki’s panic attack forces his mother Naomi, a retired professional psychologist, into a difficult moral situation. The tone includes humor, romance, and adult family themes.
The current release is the v0.1 Demo, dated September 16, 2026. It is a demo rather than a finished game. The build runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English and Spanish language options. The game is uncensored. This initial public release includes the introduction chapter, about 2,000 words, and both languages are available for that content.
Developer's description
Riki is the invisible guy at school: daily humiliated, rejected by everyone, and trapped in suffocating loneliness. But within the four walls of his home, repressed tension is about to explode. Pushed to an overwhelming panic attack, Riki drags Naomi—his striking mother and a retired professional psychologist—into a moral crossroads from which there is no turning back.
