About Horny Asylum

Horny Asylum is a point-and-click adult management sim by Moon Trilogy, made with the Others engine and rendered in animated 3D CG. You take the graveyard shift at a women's mental ward, watching four inmates per wing through camera feeds while keeping dwindling battery under control. The task is to close the left door, right door, or vent before an inmate gets through. Survive eight haunted hours and you may do as you like with the inmates. If they catch you, the run ends in a sexual game over. The game leans into parody, harem, and management themes.

The current build is v0.3.2, released on October 4, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog says this version adds a new attack scene for every inmate.

Developer's description

In Horny Asylum, you take the graveyard watch at a women's mental ward, monitoring four unhinged inmates per wing through flickering camera feeds. Balance your dwindling battery while slamming the left door, right door, or vent shut before they slip in. Survive 8 haunted hours and the girls are yours to use however you please.
