The year is 2068 in the Universal Century. It's an era where men are overwhelmingly outnumbered by women. The setting is the Ganymede Station near the vicinity of Mars in the solar system. Our protagonist, Ginga Amanokawa, belongs to the spaceflight department of the academy. While on a space navigation test aboard the colony ship "Babylon," they are suddenly attacked by a space monster girl named "Cosmic Race" that appeared from the other side of a wormhole. These girls, with a humanoid female appearance, have a goal to mate with human males for the purpose of reproduction. Despite their inexperience, under the command of the ship's captain, the protagonist and the heroines manage to successfully repel the enemy. However, as Ginga's existence as a "precious human male" becomes known, they find themselves continuously targeted by the Cosmic Race...!?

Average game massacred by bad machine translation. There is a lot of talking, both between sex scenes and in the sex scenes themselves. Which given the bad translation (e.g. Wraiths are not translated consistently, "Manners Mode" is translated literally, not to "silent mode") means the main part of the game is really hard to enjoy. There may be good writing behind it, but I simply can't enjoy it. The other issue is that the UI is completely untranslated and unchanged. Because the english text is supposed to fit to the fairly small Japanese text box, means that most of the lines are actually cut short. The art is also a bit weird, with girls either having absolutely massive tits or being completely flat. But then in the sex scenes the sizes are inconsistent and the angles in which the body are twisted are rather unnatural... The scenes themselves are also very limited, with just one or two images per "event" with very minor variations (face changes, cum on/off), so with bad translation rather hard to get into mood. The game part is jut typical VN inter-spaced with a minor variation on the battleship game. Most likely would have been a solid 7/10, it if not for the machine translation.

Absolutely love this one. Simple gameplay, gorgeous designs, fun characters, complete cast of virgins, there's absolutely nothing to hate and a lot to love. It's definitely helped along by an original setting and a plot that while pretty simple, hasn't been overdone, which helps make it stand out among the other simile not-quite-VN type games. It's not too long, but it'll take you a few hours to get through, and replays are quick and simple, which makes collecting all the scenes easy.
