If I Could Change is an adult Ren'Py visual novel created by Jordini345, presented with animated 3D CG art. It follows a quiet male student who has just completed his first day at university, then wakes up as a woman. The premise asks how life would differ after a sudden gender change, while the player navigates relationships and routines in a school setting with sandbox-style choices and encounters. The game includes multiple story paths.
Development is finished with the v1.0 release on July 26, 2026. This uncensored English build runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android. It is also available as a mobile game. The final update brought four main stories, side story statistics, and wrapped the project as its last version.
