About Indigo Lane

Indigo Lane is a Ren'Py dating sim by DonutByte, inspired by Azur Lane. You play the Commander, stranded on a remote island after a devastating battle with a small group of Shipgirls, including Taihou and New Jersey. The game uses 2D AI CG art and mixes survival, exploration, daily routines, and relationship building, with humor and harem elements. The island appears calm, but hidden dangers may emerge as trust grows.

The current build is Chapter 1 v0.6, released July 23, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, in English and Spanish, with no censorship. Version 0.6 moved nine comic-style events from Chapters 2, 3, and 4 into playable scenes, added thirteen new events, and introduced seventy new CGs, for a total of 140 new CGs. It also updated the cover, revised intro CGs, and added about 48 new character sprites, including four new sets.

Developer's description

Inspired by the universe of Azur Lane, Indigo Lane places the player in the role of the Commander. After a devastating battle, you awaken stranded on a remote, untouched island, far from civilization. At your side remain only a few Shipgirls, among them Taihou and New Jersey. Between exploration, improvised routines, and everyday moments, your task is to protect them, guide them, and ensure their survival while strengthening the bonds that hold you together. The island seems peaceful—almost too peaceful… and as you build a new home from scratch, you’ll learn that not every danger announces itself with a roar; sometimes, it hides behind a familiar smile. In Indigo Lane, survival is built day by day… and so is trust.

v0.6 Fully migrated 9 events from Chapters 2, 3, and 4 (which were originally comics) directly into the game. Added 13 brand-new events as additional game content. Created 70 new CGs specifically for the new events. Grand total of 140 new CGs included in this version (when combining new and migrated material).
