Instinct Unleashed is an adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by Kind Nightmares. It uses animated 3DCG art. The story is set after a terrible war, when futanari were meant to save humanity but are feared and despised. You play Jade, who is the first futanari born into her family for generations and has always hidden her origins. Her secret is exposed as she investigates a death close to her. The game focuses on lesbian and futa-on-female content, with some scenes involving men, and explores cheating, corruption, and female domination.
The game is finished. Its last release was dated August 23, 2025 for Windows, Linux, and Mac, in English and Russian, with no censorship. The latest update, Chapter Fourteen, added 1334 renders and about 12000 words.
Developer's description
In a world that had experienced a terrible war, futanari were supposed to be the salvation of humanity. Instead, however, they inspired fear and contempt.
Jade, the first futanari in her family in generations, has had to hide her origins her entire life. But all secrets come out sooner or later, especially when she has to take on the investigation of the death of someone close to her.
The game is primarily focused on lesbian and futa-on-female content, but also contains futa-on-male scenes. For more info read the dev notes.

A bug with Maria's path has been fixed (hopefully). Now for those who start the game from the beginning, if you reject her in the car, her romance will not continue.
Also, I know that those who rejected Ashley and Andy still got their scenes. I'll fix that errors, but you'll have to be patient. I want to make this as painless as possible for your savefiles. If I can't, you'll have to start a new game. I apologize for that.
I really hope you enjoy the anniversary chapter.
Chapter Nine
1,722 renders;
~ 9999 words;
5 animated full sex scenes (and 1 small one);
60 animations.
Answer choice hints have been removed from the game, including those from previous chapters. I think it was a mistake to add them in the first place.
There are a total of 5 full sex scenes and one small one in the chapter. If you can't find something, or a character scene doesn't appear, you probably didn't start a new game in chapter 6. You can navigate through the gallery to see what you're missing. It's a good time to replay the game or skip to the new content. Good luck!!!

Bit confusing to get specific endings. And I’d like if there would be more extreme route options (more violet and/or temporary-submissive ones). But overall? Is good. Story-wise, it starts strong, drags a bit in the middle, then rushes to tie…

I had an overall pleasant experience with this. Jade is definitely one of the more interesting MCs I've seen in stories. I don't exactly love her, but I do love how she carries herself 90% of the time (especially when…

Game started very promising, but in the end it got progressivly worse. Game has a pretty good graphics, very good and unique(at least to my eye) models. Fetishes are diverse and good executed. Another bright spot is sissyfication content. Good…
