Exactly what it says on the tin. It's a point-and-click; it's better if you just let it play out naturally the first time, though. I absolutely loved Isari in the first game, so I'm really happy we get to see more content with her. The translation is decent, too. Edit: I'd recommend playing with the Japanese voice.

Basically MTL AI voiced vore, the game is so bad i need more words in order to review this game, but I beat this game in about 2 minutes. The scenes itself lasts decently long, and it has animation but its just there for those who just like the animation shown in the images.
