About Isekai Big Dick

Isekai Big Dick is a Unity adventure by Hippo Games that puts you in the role of an ordinary young man living through strange anomalies in the modern world. After he accidentally gets a magical card, he crosses into another realm full of magic and danger, meeting four heroines with different personalities. The story follows their journey across time and space as they investigate a looming catastrophe and choose a lifelong partner. The game blends fantasy, harem, and humor with romance, strategy, and poker mechanics, using animated 2D AI CG art and sandbox-style play.

The current build is v1.0.6, released on June 1, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, is available in English, includes Japanese voice acting, and is uncensored. The latest update added a V-Sync setting, improved performance for some HCG content, fixed Thai translation errors, corrected poker hand evaluation in certain cases, and addressed an occasional freeze during a run.
