Isekai Quest is a point-and-click puzzle RPG made by Ginkgo Studio in Unity. It opens with the player character dying and waking in the fantasy world of Isekai, where anime-style women become both companions and obstacles. You navigate encounters, raise affection gauges, clear levels, and try to decide whether to return home or settle into a harem. The presentation uses animated 2D character art, and the gameplay mixes puzzle solving with teasing, humiliation, and fantasy themes.
The current build is version 1.6.5, released on December 27, 2024, and development is still ongoing. It is available for Windows and supports English and Japanese. The game is uncensored. The latest listed update is version 1.6.5, the most recent entry shown, while earlier notes mention bug fixes, translation improvements, new scenes, and a new character.
