JK Boxer Rinka Seeks Revenge in the Underground Ring

It's more OK than what I anticipated. It's almost get 5 stars from me, but some game elements take that last one away. Quite decent and recommend for people who are into battle-defeat-centric and vomit/pee fetish, but for me it's not H-game per se. Spoiler: Pros, mehs, and cons IMO Pros - The game is medium length. I finish it within 4 hours. -The upgrade system is unique and challenging. As you cannot upgrade everything all at once, you have to do upgrades and choose which one you want to focus on on the run. If it doesn't work, then you know that the upgrade pattern doesn't work. -Combat system is also unique. It turns turn-based RPG to turn-based boxing game. The punch system has unique characteristic to it. -The story is good and dramatic, albeit it's too long but has medium-high character development. I like the Yoshino's shut in motive a lot as it's very much relatable. Mehs -As mentioned above, the H-scenes are way way meh than what I thought. If you do not count topless boxing scenes, other scenes are too meh to fap. For example, the first two girls doesn't even have insert scenes. They just do paizuri and fellatio, heck the pink hair girl doesn't show her breasts even! Other character's sprites are also too meh, like Rui-Elizabeth are similar because they are tanned tall gal, and Rinka-Akira are also similar because they are big boobs japanese. For character sprites I think the differences are negligible and have no charm to it. Like down scenes, other than ones who wear bikinis and show a nipple on the last down scenes, there's nothing to it. It's just nipple flashing scenes for some characters. Sex scenes are also meh, like why bother include penetration, x-ray, and deflowering scenes when you don't bother including cum-inside scenes? Also, sex scenes are just male spectators come down to r**e the defeated. No plot twist or anything. Too plain IMO. -The plot is so mundane and predictable. Like, Spoiler I can guess that Akira will become our opponent later in the story, which she becomes at the semifinals. I also predict that Yoshino will come to cheer Rinka at the finals and buffs her stats. And not to my surprise, they both become true. -I think the last minute power-up is too cheap. It renders the upgrade system so far quite useless. Cons -The issue I took away the last star is the post-game options. You don't get any New Game + or anything significant post-game. What you'll get is free boxing mode with preset stats (in case you wanna punch some girls a few more times) and Rinka fight mode which you'll get a chance to punch Rinka (but you are able to be Elizabeth only and not other characters else). -The translations are inconsistent. First you have the FMC's little sister. If you listen to the voicelines or look into the spin-off, her name is Yoshino, but in game it's Yuno. Second you have multiple stances which characters' pronouns become he when there isn't any male characters in the game. Third you have the tan gal. I think implementing the name Louie instead of Rui is fine, but she has both names and thery're used interchangably. These made me confused throughout the gameplay. -The game forces me to punch pink hair girl I like whilst forcing me to play black hair girl I dislike, so this is a BIG NO-NO for me!!!

[v1.1] By graphical side, it looks really good, but the story? Too long... I tried reading at first, but it's so boring later I was just skipping and waiting for gameplay. For gameplay... it's an interesting idea that's not really great in the end, fight end is confusing due to attemt to make boxing knockout mechanic without much indicator of the stage. Overall it's a bit better than average, but not as fun as it looks.

FINALLY a page has been made for this game. This is an absolute gem of ryona game and a must play for the ryona enjoyers. Characteristics - Five different fights against well designed opponents (+ one playable sparring session) -Gameplay is ok. Kind of fun, but the training segments can be pretty repetitive (though short). The fights are nice. -Not hard but not too easy. Sometimes opponents can take a good beating before getting KOd. -Large variety of animations. They really help make the game much more enjoyable -Option to remove incontinence and puke -Defeat CGs -Big boobs -Full, extensive gallery -Fully voiced -Fully translated (about time!) -Option to fight topless (every animation changes to match) -Option to fight whoever you want after beating the game (or just make more saves before each fight) -vsRinka mode, which allows the player to play as the final boss against Rinka -You get your shit rocked every possible moment. Downs -No sexfights. Sex happens only upon defeat. Happens only once between the fighters. There is an option to hug (clinch) the opponent to regain hps and whatnot, which has some spicy dialogue, but that's about it for lesbian content. -First two fights are kind of similar. Not the exact same, but the strategy doesn't change too much. -Translation can be funny. Other than some akward phrases for time to time, the game often mistakes "she" for "he" and "you" for "me". Very bizarre error, but not too impactful. -Story is bland Overall, a much needed 1v1 ryona focused game. There's surely room for improvement, but makes for a perfect prototype for the genre.
