The current build is v0.1 Prologue, released on June 7, 2025. It is an initial prologue release, so the game is not a finished build. The version runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, is available in English, and is uncensored. The latest changelog notes only the initial release, meaning the update introduced the prologue itself rather than adding later content.

You find yourself bound to a chair with a camera facing you. Whilst you recollect your surroundings, you notice the remains of torment around you... Torture disguised as redemption awaits you. The fate of your life is in the viewers votes. Will you appease them? Will he "save" you? Or will you save yourself? Keep or Kill is a horror game with elements of eroticism. Play as yourself while you do your best to escape the clutches of this insane serial killer.
