Very short VN, only two paths to choose, two sex scenes each (one normal, one preggo), maybe 4HCGs, no animation, no sound effects. Writing is actually good, but with such a short game there's practically no tension build up before he's drilling their pussies. However, you should know that the versions of the characters in the completed game look nothing like the previews. They are still busty gals, and the mom only looks slightly revised, but the other one shown in green is now completely different. In fact, NONE of those images are anywhere in the game. Not really worth playing unless there's a lot of content and updating of the previews, though if you do, you'll only lose maybe 30 minutes of your time.
