Lifeguard Holic is a Unity management dating sim from Tiramisu/Big Ass Studio, presented as a spiritual successor to NTRaholic. It uses animated 2DCG art. You play as Ryouma, a former collegiate swimming team captain whose career ended after injury. After winning a gambling match against a local businessman, he gains control of a swimming pool and works there as a lifeguard. His duties include managing the pool while pursuing romance with college women such as Mizuhara Aoi, including situations where existing relationships are ignored.
The current build is v2.1, released on October 14, 2026, and development continues. It is available for Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest update fixed a bug that prevented new scenes and date quests from starting, improved save transfer between versions, and refined translations and localization for all languages.

Lifeguard Holic is a spiritual successor to the acclaimed game "NTRaholic".
Ryouma, the cousin of the infamous landlord Ryunosuke, was once the captain of his collegiate swimming team.
His promising athletic career, however, was halted due to a serious injury.
But luck soon came Ryouma's way... After beating a local businessman in a gambling match,
he won the rights to a swimming pool and is now able to put his skills to use by working as the lifeguard there.
