Love, Honor, Betray is an adult visual novel by Renio Studios, made with Ren'Py and 3DCG animated visuals. You play Lacey Williamson, a 24-year-old nurse at a hospital in Rockingham, a made-up town. A scandal traps her under a twisted blackmailer, and your choices decide how far she goes and with whom. She is married to Ashton, a 32-year-old surgeon who became Director of Surgery, but his busy work often leaves her disappointed. Many side characters appear, and their relationships with Lacey can develop differently. The themes include cheating.
The current build is Episode 14, dated February 26, 2026, and development is ongoing through episodic releases. It has Windows, Linux, and Mac versions in English and uncensored. The most recent changelog entry for Episode 12 continues hospital events, where Lacey meets an old friend and receives an unwelcome visitor at home. An Episode 10 bugfix added choices to skip certain scenes and minor fixes, without new content. Episode 9 Part 2 followed the second half of Day 11 and reflected earlier choices, including a path involving Maude at the Palliser Estate party.
Developer's description
The story is about a 24 year old woman, Lacey Williamson, a nurse working in a large hospital in the fictional town of Rockingham. While working one day, Lacey becomes caught in a scandal, and is the subject of a twisted blackmailer. How far is Lacey willing to go, and with whom, is up to you.
Lacey is married to 32 year old Ashton, a very successful surgeon who has worked his way up within the hospital to become Director of Surgery. His work keeps him very busy, and he is often away from home, much to Lacey’s disappointment.
There are many side characters, and how their relationship progresses with Lacey is up to you.

There are people who don't like that the director's content cannot be avoided. We're sorry but for the sake of the story line this is not changing. Just choose the director you like more. Or have two saves and see both.

There is also a fix to the end of previous day enabling players to avoid Riley and her boyfriend getting frisky in the car.
