About Lust Shards

Lust Shards is a Ren'Py adult visual novel by MindOfFur, using 2D CG artwork. You play a male protagonist accepted into a prestigious academy for Hunters, where Nightfallen monsters fueled by lust and magic must be dealt with. Your looks and abilities attract attention, and you can pursue one of four main routes while trying to win affection from a wide cast. A new headmaster has added a start-of-year test meant to separate the weak from the strong, and failure may cost you your love interests. Along the way, you investigate academy secrets and an unusual imaginary companion.

The current build is v1.6, released September 8, 2025, with Windows, Linux, and Mac support. It is in English, uncensored, and development is ongoing. The latest update adds a large amount of art, roughly 25K words, one lengthy NSFW scene, and Alvy’s end of story, while noting he may return later.

Developer's description

This world is filled with Nightfallen, monsters driven by lust and magic, that must be dealt with by Hunters, through whichever means necessary. Having been scouted by a prestigious academy for Hunters, you embark on your new life, little did you know, your abilities and looks would catch the eye of a lot of people here, for better or worse. You'll meet a wide cast of characters with 4 main paths, each with their own quirks and personalities, choose your path and get them to love you! This year, it's just your luck, because the new headmaster is implementing a new start of the year test, to filter out the weak and leave the strong, who knows why? Maybe you'll find out. If you do not manage to pass the test, then you can say goodbye to your love interests, all that while trying to figure out the secrets of the academy and your new 'imaginary' friend.
