Added the ability to skip dialogue in the game-over screen using any key (keyboard, mouse, or gamepad). Movement is much more responsive – the shooting threshold window has been adjusted from 0.1f to 3.9f, allowing near-instant shooting when releasing the run key. Added lighting in the intro.
